Hello, we went to the store Saturday September 30! We went to the plumbing section, we couldn't find the materials we needed to repair our shower, so I saw and questioned a store employee! This gentleman was so invested in us and so convincing in his explanations that he could have sold me the store So back home everything was going perfectly as he told us. I placed an order online, quick, simple and efficient. The problem occurs at the time of withdrawal at 12 p.m. I call a professional to collect the orders. I give the reference...30 minutes of waiting and still no sign of my order. It's winter, there's a fierce wind. I'll go to reception and go back to pick up orders. The young man apologizes with a smile on his face “I forgot you” (no credibility in his voice) he goes to get the order located 2 meters from us in the hangar. The anger is real, the first professional could have given us our order easily, I could even have done it myself, the second had a professional posture which needs to be reviewed. Ok it's 12 p.m. he may be taking his break, but we don't leave the customer waiting for 30 minutes without any sign of life. Such lack of professionalism is not acceptable. If this young man does not go to work he can stay at home.
