    On our last visit the staff sold us a piece that they actually didn't have in stock. Went around back to collect it then waited an hour while they realised they took our money for a product they didn't have. Demanded reimbursement and was told to wait in line for another hour so they wasted two hours of our day with their unprofessional incompetence. Absolutely unacceptable for a large retail store. While waiting multiple people hit our car with opening their car doors, dropped trash near us, facility and maintenance was unhygienic and unorganised and smelled of urine. Strongly disappointed with overall experience every time I visit, will not return.

    Great service! I bought AC, great deal and great customer follow up!! Highly recommend. Mr Faouzi was excellent in helping us choose the appropriate equipment!

    This one is a large and convenient store, looks like Home Depot. You can almost find everything you need to create / restore your house.
