It's a very pretty harbour town. We were there on a Saturday and there is an awesome market which spreads around the town centre. This wasn't originally on our itinerary, but we are delighted we went there.

Very nice place. The port when ships dock is very close to the town and easily reachable with a good walk.

It's a very pretty harbour town. We arrived on a Friday and there is an awesome market which spreads around the town centre on Saturday mornings. This wasn't originally on our itinerary, but we are delighted we went there. This harbor town reminds me of Copenhagen and the residents are so friendly. Def worth a nights stay before venturing out to the D Day beaches of Normandy. I would recommend La petite folie as my favorite lodging as the unique apartments on the 2nd floor make it a unique and accommodating experience.

Absolutely wonderful. A real gem. Fortunately, the destruction of WW2 bypassed this ancient town with all it's old and picturesque buildings.

Absolutely beautiful medieval French town. Wonderfully quaint old buildings and cobbled streets abound in this fascinating port. There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from and excellent quality shops in every direction. Visit the church made entirely of wood or take a ride on the little road train (currently 8 euros p.p) to see as much as possible.
