I would never visit this location. I have been a loyal episod monthly member for a year. This was my first time at this location and couldn't find it because it's in the back of a courtyard, downstairs with no clear signage. I was one minute late and wasn't let into my class for "safety" issues. I will be trying to cancel my membership and switch to classpass because of this horrible service.

Such a bad experience for the first time here! 3 minutes late with reasonable reason,  the face of the receptionist (yes the white guy with blond hair) is like "wow, congrats you're late, you absolutely can't enter anymore".  Then a short discussion , he showed a really bad attitude like I am not the client, but own his money!  In the end, didn't take the course, no refund, no course of substitution, and was  be treated like a shit  by the guy receptionist... Done with this place!
