(Translated by Google) A park full of nature across from the Former Yoshida Residence across Route 1. There's a parking lot. Free on weekdays, 300 yen for 1 hour on weekends and holidays, 150 yen for every 30 minutes after that *same as the former Yoshida Residence It was such a wonderful park that I regret not going there even though I live nearby. The pond in the Japanese garden, the promenade full of greenery, the waterfall that cools you down for a moment, and the atmosphere of the park will make you feel calm just by taking a walk. There is also an observatory with a good view, and you can also look over Sagami Bay. The museum was closed when I visited. I would like to go to another opportunity. One thing to note is that there are a lot of insects in the summer. So, if you are concerned about it, you may need insect repellent. There were many in the water around the waterfall. Enjoy this for free! Oiso town is wonderful. By the way, I thought that the Former Yoshida House and Oiso Shiroyama Park are worth seeing even if you pay for the parking lot.

(Translated by Google) Both parking lots are normally closed at night, but they are lit up only for a few days during the peak of autumn colors. Parking was free on weekdays. Although it is a small park, there is also a pond where you can take pictures with a water mirror reflected on the surface of the water. It is a park with a calm atmosphere.

(Translated by Google) Nature is full of creatures. We recommend that you come to the city when you are tired. From my point of view, there were no playsets for children to play with, but it is recommended for picnics when you want to relax alone.

(Translated by Google) It is read as Jōyama instead of Shiroyama. The coastline seen from the observatory here is very soothing. There are gazebos here and there, and neighbors are reading there. You can refresh yourself by taking a leisurely walk with your lunch. When I visited in June, the hydrangeas were blooming beautifully. It is recommended that you also visit the former residence of Shigeru Yoshida, which is right next door.

This is an urban park built on the site of the former Mitsui Zaibatsu villa on the north side and the site of the former Yoshida Shigeru residence on the sea side. It is a well-maintained park that incorporates the atmosphere of a Japanese-style garden and rich nature on a dense hill. We had a good view of Mt. Fuji and the mountains of Hakone from the observation deck. Parking is free on weekdays and charged on holidays. The promenade is well maintained and there are many restrooms, so it is easy to use.

It was beautiful. It was mysterious. When I heard that this year's maple illumination event would be held for three days starting November 24th, I immediately went to see it on the evening of the 24th. I was relieved to be able to get into the parking lot without any problems. I stopped by the park office to gather information, and everyone at the park office was very kind and kind, as well as the people guiding me to the parking lot. thank you very much. The illumination of the autumn leaves reflected in the pond was also spectacular, and I was captivated by it for a long time. Bamboo lanterns were placed on both sides of the walkways in the park, and together with the illuminated bamboo grove, they created a very mysterious and beautiful view of the world, and we had a great time. Finally, at the exit of the park, I was asked to fill out a questionnaire, which I gladly completed as I had a great experience. The people in charge of the survey were also local people, and I was born and raised in a very close area, so the survey was quick and we had a lot of fun talking about the town, the seasons, and the passage of time. I was most happy to be able to share the excitement of beautiful things with the people who nurtured them.

(Translated by Google) It is the old Mitsui Bettei. Even though it was a conglomerate, I was surprised that I didn't think that there was even a Yokoana ruins on my private premises. There are ups and downs of the terrain, but the site is large (as expected, a conglomerate), so it was a good exercise.

◆"Oiso Joyama Park" is a prefectural park that consists of two areas, sandwiching National Route 1 (Tokaido) and Old Tokaido. It has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 historical parks. ◆To the north is the former Mitsui Bettei district. To the south is the former Yoshida Shigeru residence district. Admission Free Hours: All day (9:00-17:00 in the former Yoshida residence area) ◆There are four parking lots. 〈Former Mitsui Bettei District〉 Parking lot 1: 36 spaces 2nd parking lot 19 spaces 3rd parking lot 2 spaces (disabled only) 〈Former Yoshida Shigeru residence area〉 Parking lot 4: 23 spaces Time: 8:30-17:00 (4th parking lot starts from 9:00) Price [Weekdays] Free Fees [Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays] 300 yen for 1 hour (150 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter, no maximum or upper limit) *2nd and 3rd are “free all year round”. *The first and fourth systems are systems in which tickets are issued at the incoming gate and payment is made at the outgoing gate. If it is free, after inserting your parking ticket, the bar will go up and you will be able to leave. ♣Perhaps because the two areas are across the road, it's a huge park that's hard to believe that the two areas are 2.1 times the size of Tokyo Dome. The promenade that runs through the park is simply amazing.
