Around
11
a.m.
today,
my
companion
and
I
came
to
the
hospital
to
see
a
dermatologist.
However,
I
had
forgotten
that
it
was
in
the
afternoon
today,
and
when
I
asked
the
receptionist,
a
woman
with
a
Buddha-headed
face,
to
complete
the
procedure,
she
asked
me
if
I
could
just
wait,
but
when
my
companion
was
next
to
me,
she
refused
again.
So,
when
I
asked
him
to
cancel
and
say
that
he
was
sorry,
but
would
like
to
change
the
date,
he
glared
at
me,
knitted
his
eyebrows
together,
and
said,
``But
you
just
said
you
could
do
it
in
the
afternoon,
right?''
When
I
apologized,
they
silently
handed
me
my
insurance
card
back.
While
raising
my
hand
up
and
down,
I
asked
him
to
take
it
quickly.
Up
until
now,
there
have
been
many
instances
where
the
receptionist's
attitude
was
bad,
but
I
have
not
given
a
rating
for
the
sake
of
the
doctor
who
takes
care
of
me,
but
this
is
a
hospital
where
the
receptionist's
attitude
is
at
the
highest
level
ever.
I
feel
really
bad.
I've
been
going
to
the
hospital
for
four
years
now,
but
I'm
considering
changing
hospitals
because
of
the
receptionist,
a
slender
woman
with
glasses
and
combed
hair.
After
that,
does
the
person
in
the
wheelchair
have
a
double
personality?
It
was
so
disgusting
that
I
was
responding
by
petting
the
cat
and
making
noises.
*By
the
way,
there
was
no
one
else
waiting
at
the
reception
desk
other
than
us.
So,
even
though
I
never
asked
for
a
cancellation
while
I
was
busy
working
on
my
PC,
this
was
the
response.
