First time visiting. Was there for an event held. No issues, straightforward.

Have been playing here for a while but the Sunday staff on 6/12/2020, was very rude and not friendly at all. There should be a certain level of calmness that should be there with the staff when in customer servicing role The court and facilities are good, but at the end of the day, customer service also plays a crucial role in keeping the morale up.

Beautiful and clean gym. Heaps of parking outside.

Nice basketball facilities. Sometimes hard to know when its available. Staff sometimes can't be bothered checking for bookings. Court could use a sweep every so often.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Also serving free choco, coffee and cookies.

Very good Staff and facilities. Those of us who are limited with exercise are made to feel very welcome.

Fantastic helpful staff. Clear explanation of exercises. Still 5 stars. Clear guidance given by the staff. Still great coaching. Some staff changes, but still effective coaching. Great supervision for exercises. Supervisors are excellent.

Excellent venue for Cardiac Clinic that I attended. Not the best, as far as modern and new, but effective with all the good equipment.

Great atmosphere here. Enjoy bringing my kids here for community projects and play time.

I learned about my goals for my muscles and stay fit all ways - I listen to Aria songs it's made felt happy I was.

Awesome facility, gym is good and the squash courts are good to have as well as the large basketball courts to use. Staff are always friendly and willing to assist best they can. There are dodgy people around and the cars have been broken into in the past which is a downer. This place has potential, hopefully with the town centre upgrade, it will be more safer and lively.

Gym has the best facilities and equipment. Ample space for working out. Staff are friendly, members too! Parkings a little tight, but such a cool environment.

No reception in the gym and doesn’t offer wifi 😔

Sport and Leisure centre. Has a gym but has no public pool. Can be hired for functions through the Auckland Council.

I visited the gym a few times when visiting from the UK and it’s a brilliant facility, huge range of equipment which is everything you could want for a workout, staff really friendly and helpful too. You get a free weeks trial as well. Wish UK had Council gyms as good as this!
