    Possibly one of the worst retail places I've been. Felt like I was constantly being watched and hounded by staff , and then felt pressured when purchasing a new iPhone and constantly being sold the idea of a warranty. No means no. The manager with the glasses , she definitely was no help and may need a drink or 2 to chill out and calm down. Her presence felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Not good for customer-oriented environments especially retail. Could be better but won't be back anytime soon

    Went to JB Hifi to buy a sound bar for our TV. Plenty of options on offer and at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the sales person could not link up the one we wanted so we were unable to hear how it went. Popped down the road to Heathcotes and got a properly trained salesperson to demonstrate the same model. Walked out of their store with our new sound bar, at a better price. Sorry JB, but you missed an opportunity. We spent $1500.

    I think some of the people working there have little to no product knowledge. Just bought a charger and when I clearly showed the salesperson my iphone they gave me a samsung charger. They do seem pretty confused about a lot of the products and just want to sell and get it over and done with :// Definitely need to do a lot more training.

    Very busy just before Xmas as you would expect. Had to stalk a busy staff member to get service. He was very helpful & got me what I wanted quickly. There was a long queue to pay, but they managed to keep the line moving.

    I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with a manager at jb hifi . I purchased a pair of headphones, but unfortunately, one side was not working properly. Expecting assistance and a resolution to my problem, I approached the manager the following day. However, instead of providing a solution or even attempting to understand my predicament, the manager simply confused me further, leaving me to find a solution on my own. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by this manager was utterly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive prompt and efficient assistance, especially when encountering a faulty product. Instead, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern for my issue. Not only did the manager fail to provide any helpful information or guidance, but they also seemed completely unaware of the store's policies or procedures. This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, as I was left to navigate the situation myself, without any clear direction or assistance. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any business, and it is evident that this manager's behavior failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability and a blatant disregard for customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this particular manager, as they have demonstrated an inability to handle customer concerns effectively. I hope that the management at jb hifi addresses this issue promptly, as it reflects poorly on their reputation and overall customer experience. In conclusion, my experience with this manager was frustrating and disappointing. Their inability to provide a solution or offer any form of assistance left me feeling unsupported and dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend seeking alternative options or contacting higher management to address any concerns.

    Customer service from this store was faultless. I was served by Adrian, he helped me with a warranty and the process was straightforward and easy. Adrian was also very knowledgeable on a few products that I am wanting to purchase. When I return to purchase these items, I’ll be going back to him because of how helpful he was today. After having a terrible experience at the Wairau Park Store the service at the Manukau Store made me remember what good customer service is. Thanks!

    Bought a tv and took it out of the box to fit in my car. Came home and found out it had a cracked screen and wont even turn on. Had no help from these guy and all they said was coz its taken out of the box they cant help. You guys dont realise that not everyone can afford to pay for delivery or have a suv or bigger car. Some people are struggling financially. I don’t recommend buying anything from these guys coz if its gonna be faulty they are not gonna do anything about it.

    Great store lots of good prices. Staff are very few. Use to be booming with lots of enthusiastic staff ready and willing to help. But just needed to tweak their customer service approach. BUT instead they have gone from one extreme to another. Before they had lots of staff ready and willing yo help but didnt give you a chance to even step in the door then they would pounce. NOW they are quiet say not alot they DONT approach thw cuatomer AT ALL. And just stand around looking bored. OH and this happened BEFORE COVID. SO you cant blame covid. WHER is the happy medium . Bring back the buzz again. WHATS HAPPENED TO YOU PEOPLE.

    The customer services are amazing, they’re available to assist and have good knowledge! The store had items I was after available to me and there was no fluffing around. I got Xmas gifts and because I got a few things, they were able to bundle it up as a package. Thank you!

    Nice shop had lots of phone and watch accessories. But didn't have the extra charging cord for the Fitbit sense 2 watch. Told me to order online. Took his advice and ordered online for my pixel watch 2.

    I went into to buy a phone. Found 2 that I liked to be told . No Samsung phones in stock except very expensive one. Why have on display in store if none in stock. Waste of time. Poor customer service.

    Great store great prices ,only issue is the security at the front powertripping they dont ask dodgy characters for their receipt, theyd rather pick on people who are literally in overalls and company uniforms ,people that have the ability to spend more in an hour than she earns in a week especially after theyve seen you pay at the counter ,add salt to wound 😀

    Asked upon entering shop if they can assist , was very nice . Although surprisingly unexpected. Security at door ,tad intimidating but they do what's needed towards hot fingers lurking in stores this time of the festive year. Clean, good shop

    I feel like its changed there.. the staff are really nice and basically every staff member that walked passed would ask me if i needed any help or assistance.. i liked the fact they were trying to take care of me even if they were busy doing something else.. the vibes were definitely not like that before covid 😂

    Brought the new nutribullet also brought extra cup and blade for $49 as the sales person suggested also used afterpay which is a great option if your budget is limited like mine alwY good for service cheers JB staff great job.

    Today my laptop glitched. I took it back to JBHIFI MANUKAU the store for the IT team to take a look at. The lovely Shardae was soo patient and even hotspot me to make sure everything was running smoothly. Issue has been resolved. If the IT can resolved it they will as long as you are within you warranty periode. Awesome job Shardae!

    No dramas what so ever. Team was efficient. Went there to pick up few online orders. 2 were available & the 3rd were couriered at no cost. Had full on stock. Even had a warm Welcome from the security guard once inside the store. Really felt welcome with that honest welcome. Don't get to see that too much these days.

    I found what I was looking for in the quality, extensive selection of headphones. I found the asian staff member had a poor ability to communicate well in clear, articulate english meaning he was quite difficult to understand what he was saying however he did assist in the sale process.     I went in not knowing the layout thinking a worker would ask me if I needed help but no nothing. 2 staff members were staring at their phones getting paid to do nothing WOW & theirs people out there struggling for money & those that can make money can’t even do their job. Disappointed in seeing that JB HI MANUKAU.

    Its just another jb hi fi. However this branch had the best customer service in my experience. There was enough staff to ask even in busy times. Unlike other branches where we have to chase after them.

    Not a good experience! Went to buy a LG 50” TV on 26th July which wasn’t available in stock back then and was suggested by sales person that they’ll get it for me within 3 weeks if I pay in full at that time. I agreed and paid for it for a parked sale to receive my TV within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks when I went back to check for it, I was suggested that they couldn’t get the product in time and that they’re sorry that they couldn’t inform me about it earlier. Fact of the matter is that they knew that the product was not available nationwide but still suggested me to pay for it in advance only to suggest me today that I can take the display item for the same cost, which ridicules me as it’s not a great example of transparent customer service and I’d want the JB HiFi management to take note of this at their Manukau Outlet! Nevertheless full amount was refunded after parking it for 3 weeks. -Not a Happy Customer!😕

    Went and bought a $4k qned tv from here package was immaculate when it got delivered but when I unpackaged it and plugged it on the TV appeared to have had a crack on the side I reported the issue ASAP and replacement was arranged right away. There was no drama & hassle free. Also, staff were excellent all around (DC & shop) Top service and great experience. Thank you JB Hi-Fi Manukau!

    We went to this shop for a particular phone that was on sale for $299. Advertised . When we got there it was on display for $350, a staff member advised that it was old stock, and only at that price online, we had the ad on my phone, no where did it say, online purchase only. which was pointed out. She then said it was a particular stock number which we showed her it was the same number. I asked what was she problem? I just want to buy the phone, she left us for about 5 minutes then another staff member returned to inform us it was out of stock however we could purchase another phone a the same price but it did not have the same specs. ... she told us that it showed 4 in another of their branches so of we traipsed. Only to be met with the same song and dance none called to save one of these hot phones for us.! What what a terrible shop. Never ever again. I would give them -10 star rating if I could.

    The Staff here at JB Hi Manukau are really Great & they put on hold for me a TCL C635 43 inch 4k QLED Smart Google TV & it was for my Gandson for a price of $745.00 & the next day that same TV went down in price of $695.00 & I went & rang & spoke to Katelynn & told that the price I paid for the TCL 43 inch C635 4k QLED Smart Google TV was $745.00 & now it's gone down to $695.00 & I explained to Katelynn that the TV has come done in price & I asked Katelynn is there any chance I could get $50.00 back & Katelynn said yes no problem & just be in the receipt & get the $50.00 back got Excellent Service Throughout & that's why I have given JB HI-FI 5 out 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Stars & I would shop here again I also would like to mention Katelynn Love & I hope that I have spelt your name right as there different ways to spell your name Katelynn you are a very nice lady person to & got Excellent Service from you Katelynn Love & have A Lovely Nice Day Katelynn Love & I Honor you Katelynn Love for you working at JB HI-FI MANUKAU Kind Regards Peter
