    If i could I would give 0 stars, no answer from reception on the phone Ever. Made doctors appointment to be done on the phone, doctor doesn't bother to call already second time. For all they care you could be dying

A completely inadequate, Soviet-minded person who has no sense of boundaries and allows himself to insult the patient. How does such a person still work? I came to the doctor for a preventive test for cervical cancer in 2023. October 16 10:15, Inmedika clinic, Vivulskio st. 7. After the late check-in, the rude comments started only upon arrival. When the doctor asked, I said that you are doing the test for the third time. When he raised his voice, he started throwing retorts - he probably has a lot of money and has nowhere to put it, so that you check every year and take the place of other patients. Seriously? Then he asked me when I had my period, I opened the Flow app, he started raising his voice again and mumbled that what you didn't check earlier, you had the whole day for it. How do I know what the doctor will ask during the visit? And I answered the question in a few tens of seconds after checking the app. Ok, maybe the doctors are not in the mood, so be it. I asked if it would hurt, because she said she would do the test with a different method than I had done before. I asked, he answered rudely, yes, it will really hurt. Well, I think I went to a more interesting doctor. He started to do the examination and almost laughed - what are you doing here, it doesn't hurt, bear with me, you can see the sensitivity has appeared. Very rude doctor and very unpleasant. Since it was the third time I had the examination, I can compare it with previous doctors - the first time it hurt so much and the doctor was so rude. The procedure was very painful. After the procedure, stupid comments started again - how do you think about giving birth to children? What is her business? I say I don't plan any children. The doctor says, but the man doesn't want you? What is happening to her, I think. I say, you don't want to. Then the last comment - there will be no man who wants 5-6 children and then what will you do? Regardless, who asked her opinion on personal matters? I said that it is impolite to ask about children and your comments are neither in place nor at the right time. She started laughing in response. What is her business? How can a doctor afford this? Again, he admitted that I am sensitive and will see how it will be when he has to give birth to children. Before leaving, I asked where the results would be, if the doctor would call, because it was my first time at the Inmedica clinic, she said she didn't know if e. in health or the family doctor will call, I'm just visiting, so I can't comment. I don't understand how such a doctor who looks like a great clinic still works and allows herself to make such offensive comments. I suggest this doctor to visit both patients and clinics. There is another review of this Dr. Inmedica on Google reviews saying that a nonsense doctor is commenting. It spoils the name of good doctors

    I'm sick, I have a baby. Another older child is sick. Dr. Zurbaitė did not even agree to consult by phone. The doctor stood next to the administrator and told her what to say, everything was heard. The administrator suggested that she simply lower her temperature with medication and bring the child to the clinic for examination. I mentioned again that I myself am very sick, I have a baby. Of course, no one even asked about my health 😀 The call took place at ~15:30. The doctor works until 16:30. I have been calling since 10am, no answer for 5 hours. The saddest thing is that doctor Zurbaitė refused to consult over the phone and allowed herself to leave the sick child (with purulent eyes) for the weekend. It is interesting that during Covid, my sick children were never admitted live to the Inmedica institution (when we were in the Balchikonis branch, formerly Medica). All prescriptions were written remotely. If anyone knows where to file a complaint against such a potentially negligent and irresponsible doctor. Comment on Rasa Zurbaite's behavior. P.S. The administrator twice refused to share the name of the doctor who refused to consult remotely. Only after saying, well, who should we go to, he gave the name of this doctor.

    Visą dieną nei man, nei šeimos nariui nepavyko prisiskambinti į kliniką (skambinta po kelis kartus įvairiu dienos metu). Automatiškai informuojama, kad skambutis užregistruotas ir tiek žinių. Vėliau taip pat nebuvo susisiekta nei su manim, nei su kitu sergančiu asmeniu. Tai kaip įmanoma sergant patekti pas gydytoją ar susitvarkytį nedarbingumo pažymėjimą. Labai blogai.

    Kind and caring family doctor Audronė and the entire staff. It may not always be possible to call the reception immediately, but they always call back and try to arrange a suitable visit. Performs the necessary tests conveniently and quickly. Very satisfied with the clinic.

    In this clinic I encountered incompetent service and inattention to patients! I came to see my family doctor Birutė Triaušienė after an illness to be prescribed blood tests. In front of me personally, the doctor noted the necessary tests and sent me to the reception for further registration. A week later, when I came to take the test itself, it turned out that the doctor had not entered anything into the system and I had waited all this time in vain. Timely diagnosis is the service that I expect from a paid clinic. And now I have to wait again. This is unacceptable for patients, especially when tests are urgently needed. Disgusting service, I regret that I contacted you.

    Scammers!!! Deceived elderly Ukrainians who do not speak Lithuanian! The administrator was asked to do a general blood test for €8, and after the blood was taken, she was forced to pay €23 at the cash register, as if she cheated and did additional tests that were not necessary. The manager refuses to adjust the price. Be careful and don't go there at all!!!

    I want to sincerely thank Doctor Rasa Zurbaita for her professional work and care. The doctor examines the situation very carefully and, after the tests, makes a complex treatment plan. I felt genuine care and attention during every visit or call. I'm not surprised that she has a lot of patients... Thank you, Doctor!

    Terrible attitude towards patients and quality of medical care. services. Paid admission. She complained of chest pain, brought early examinations with her - doctor Zurbaitė did not even want to look at them, her entire examination boiled down to the fact that she measured her blood pressure and sent her for an ECG. She didn’t examine me visually, didn’t take my temperature, didn’t read the tests, didn’t listen to my breathing, didn’t examine me visually, didn’t give me a direction for a chest x-ray, didn’t even give me a certificate of appointment - NOTHING, even tried to figure it out and help me. She told me point blank: you are not my patient and you are no one’s patient. Go to a cardiologist, get examined whatever you want, don’t come here and don’t waste money. I understand that perhaps her rudeness was justified by her poor knowledge of the Russian language, but this is also a moment that was unpleasantly surprising. I chose a clinic and a doctor with knowledge of Russian, and the doctor knew the language at a primitive everyday level. And in the end, the comment on my ECG sounded like this: “It’s beautiful. But not very beautiful.” After the appointment, I just burst into tears at home. This is the attitude towards the patient and his pain - without a clue what it is, just go to the cardiologist. There are many reasons that can cause chest pain, but this doctor makes it simple - the main thing is to leave IT alone. I have been to different doctors, both good and bad, but I can say for sure that this is the first time I have encountered such indifference.
