One of the most professional and cosy clinics I have ever visited. The staff were extremely regardful and all of the issues I had were dealt promptly. If I could I'd give even more stars. Don't hesitate and shoot straight to this clinic if you have any health issues.

I am not happy about what I have to say, but the truth is simple. The wives had a genetic test. Although we are already in the second semester of pregnancy, according to the staff there, they decided that it was still the first and conducted an examination which is no longer suitable. As a result, genetic disorders were wrongly identified, nerves were damaged, because the wife survived to get stronger. Now she is lying in the intensive care unit in Santariškes. Research will have to be done again elsewhere. And here is wasted money, wasted time and damaged nerves. You did very wrong.

Only positive experience at Geroves clinic.Treatment I have received was to my satisfaction and would use it again.

Not recommending. Rip off for 5min rushed appointments. If you want good private care service I’d say look elsewhere. They seek quantity over quality.

Teko lankytis gerovės klinikoje pas gyd ginekologę- akušerę M. Bakšienę. Labai maloni gydytoja. Viskas buvo paaiškinta išsamiai ir aiškiai. Apžiūra atlikta labai atsargiai jokių nemalonių pojūčių. Tik patys geriausi atsiliepimai ir rekomandacijos.

Esu labai patenkinta specialistais- dėmesingi, išklausantys, profesionaliai konsultuojantys. Klinikoje lankausi nuo įkūrimo dėl ginekologo, nėštumo priežiūros bei endokrinologo paslaugų ir nė karto neteko nusivilti. Klinikoje jauki aplinka, laiku priimama, maloniai bendraujama. Rekomenduoju!

Gydytojai puikūs, tačiau dėl kraujo tyrimu tikrai nesirinkčiau šios klinikos. Su išankstine registracija, kraujo tyrimo laukiau pusvalandį, net poliklinikose greičiau priima. Negana to, po kraujo paėmimo - subadytos abi rankos, nes nepavyko paimti kraujo, ant vienos likusi labai skausminga didžiulė mėlynė, trukdanti darbui.

Pirmą kartą lankiausi šioje klinikoje ir konsultaciją kurią tūrėjau buvo neverta išleistų pinigų. Konsultacija buvo pokalbio tipo apie tą ką daktariai pati pasakiau, viskas vyko labai greitai ir ji patarė kreiptis pas gydytojus kurie gydo ir daro operacijas, nes ji yra gydytoja kuri gali tik pasikalbėti apie jūsų problemą ir nukreipti pas kitus gydytojus.

Lankiausi pas moterų gydytoją, kurios konsultacija yra 75 €. Gydytoja Greta Balčiūnienė labai trumpai prasibėgo per mano istoriją, daug nieko nepaaiškino, daug nesigilino - viskas vyko labai greitai ir formaliai, be didelio dėmesingumo. Su tuo viskas būtų gerai, bet apžiūra buvo palyginti grubi ir nemaloni. Mane tai labai nustebino, kad mokamos paslaugos gali būti taip paskubomis, greitai, ne švenlniai atliekamos. Daugiau čia negrįšiu, o savo dukrų tuo labiau neatvesiu (ir kitoms nerekomenduosiu), nes tai yra itin jautri tema kiekvienai moteriai🫣

Zero understanding about good customer service. Went there for a few times only one out of few receptionist actually nice. Had an issue with my insurance payment, clinic couldn't manage to explain the reasons behind the issue with payment from one email. The whole communication and how the issue was solved really put me off using this clinic in the future. I understand the issue that insurance had, which by the way wouldn’t happen if diagnosis wouldn't include covid, which I haven't had in 9 months before visiting clinic...The way clinic has handle it was very unprofessional. It's like going back to ’90s. Also if you will have any type of procedure prepare to listen to what other patient in the other room will talk with a a doctor, they use sliding door in one of the procedure rooms, to divide the area, so you can actually hear or sometimes smell what's going on in another room.
