    Was not informed that this place is by appointments only. Came in, pressed the button to get a ticket (immunizations without appointment). After waiting 40 minutes to talk to receptionist was informed that i must have an appointment. Ir you need immunizations, just go to Antėja.

    Unreasonably high prices. Been doing Limes disease tests for some time, takes forever to get the results since they don't have a lab. Invitro diagnostika are doing same test for half the price and results received same day.

    No answers to emails and phonecalls, no follow ups, nothing. Edit: I contacted Anteja instead, within 30mins answer to my email, within 2 days an appointment for the vaccin fully in English.

    Very nice clinic. Got a vitamin D test (plus vitamins as present), and went for a vaccine there as well. No complaints. Great nurses.

    I have done medical examination here, paid aprox 40 eur for standard examination. Waited for 3 weeks for the result card, called, was told they will call back, never did.... still waiting, my bad by choosing this place....

    I am not able to leave a comment on the service at this clinic. I booked an appointment and arrived ahead of time on 2 occasion and both times the doctor was not able to see me at a scheduled time. On the first occasion we tried to see paediatrician with my son and had an appointment at 9am. At 9:40 we were told that the doctor will be there after 11am. Second attempt was for myself when I booked an appointment with a GP (family doctor), upon my arrival and after a wait of 20 minutes I was advised that the doctor was unable to see me as they were only taking patients for some other specific purpose.

    Do you have a serious problem or dying right now? Ok, you may call to Endemik klinika for 2 hours and to get a visit to the next month... In the website there are no free slots to your family doctor.

🫤 The level of service is low, no one pays attention to you at the reception, it is difficult to get the necessary information, you need to pull one word at a time. I didn't feel very comfortable communicating pleasantly, I felt as if I was more disturbed than I would be an expected customer.
