    Doctors are really professional and I am grateful for their work. Though reception before the visit and during the visit were not polite, even rude and not to speak or expect warm welcoming. Receptionists are not looking for solutions, feels like real bureaucracy institutions. Unfortunately, even if you pay really high fees, there is no competitive service provided. I will definitely consider it really well if I ever come back to this health institution.

    Vilnius clinic is the usual Lithuanian rubbish service, usual rude Lithuanian people multiplied and compounded on 3 floors. Plus, the extra fees for pretending to provide an extra service. No foreigner using this clinic, only the Lithuanian that is actually sick of dealing with the public clinic but still comfortable to pay for the same rubbish service. Bottom line is, there are still Lithuanians running and managing this place so there is nothing different other than the fees. I personally don't care to be greeted by a pretty face, mini shirt, and empty skull. I would like to pay my fees for actual medical service but also that is not provided. Seems like these doctors have their license that is valid only in Vilnius, only applicable in Vilnius and they're only doctors within their confined area. Anywhere else their license would be good to make them eligible for some farm work. But I'm sure they are doing a great job for their kinds

    Utterly useless private hospital! Book an appointment (a time slot) for a simple blood test, pay a minimum of 40+ euros, and expect to wait at least 45-60 minutes before anyone cares to do anything. Happened to me twice now at this useless clinic. Last time I had to leave and just demanded my money back. Guess I will find another doctor, at a hospital that actually has staff for blood works who give a damned.

    I don't know what level the doctors are in the clinic, but administration is a complete failure. First, they signed me up to a doctor who does not speak Russian, although they assured me that the doctor spoke. Then they rescheduled the visit, which was accidentally canceled, which, of course, I was not informed about. I came twice in vain and was only wasting time, I do not recommend it.

    It was a quite unfortunate choice to do a hair transplantation at this clinic. They ask for photos of the current hairline and draw where you like the hairline to go. Then they quote you for the transplant. Problem is that they underdelivered quite extremely (see photos for a before and after), yet they insisted on the full payment. They ignored my complaints and sent the case straight to a debt-collector agency. The consultation seemed quite sketchy in hindsight. They recommended a PRP treatment immediately after the procedure. Research showed that it's effective only about a week prior to the procedure. Seemed like they just tried to upsell with no benefit for the treatment. I'd recommend to be very careful with this clinic or better find a clinic recommended by the various forum users on the internet.

    This is one of the most expensive clinics in the city (if not the country), so I made the mistake of assuming they would be motivated to have me as a client/patient. I was considering using this clinic's services (specific diagnostics and consultations), so I emailed them a few questions regarding what I would need and how long it could take. They they address a single question and instead replied with prices, which I didn't ask about. It seems that person was either lazy or their priorities were on some KPI (like not leaving queries hanging) rather than addressing the query. Either way, this gave me a glimpse of what to expect in this clinic.

    Was turned down as an international visitor with a medical issue (disk prolapse). Reception was unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend this hospital if you need urgent assistance.

    I have a eyes problem, doctor send me to Endocrinology. I was trying to explain that its not related to my eyes. I couldn't prove it, I made appointment for next week and came back to home. Next day Kardiolita callee me that it was mistake and u have to go other doctor not endocrinologist. When I asked kardiolita manager she answered that its normal, its human error.

    I had a revision hip operation here after my original hip replacement moved following a fall. The treatment I received was second to none! The staff were all wonderful. I can honestly say I was never so well looked after in an NHS hospital & I've had the misfortune to be in several. I unreservedly recommend this hospital.

    You have to make long queue to check in despite having appointment, long queue to pay, doctor barely speak English you dont understand what they are doing to you and at the end you have to pay even though you have insurance card. I went with siuntimas and they registered me for wrong procedure that my insurance apparently doesnt covered (because thats not what doctor prescribed me) and therefore wasnt aware that they wouldn't compensate. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, better go to Baltic American I never had problems there

    Would not reccomend. Staff is rude. After waiting for the doctor apoinment more then 40 minutes I did ask reception what is wrong. She called a doctor. Told me that there is family of 3 people and thats why they cannot take me on time. No aplogies, nothing. Neither they respect you, neither they respect your time. Did not ask me maybe I can visit other day or something. Nothing. Just canceled my apointment that I was waiting about a month. When you pay such money, you expect some kinda of good service

    Took a comprehensive health check there this winter, at the time they had a great value for the price. You really get lots of things checked and summarized for you in a short time. Consultations quality varies from doctor to doctor. Most were really good, some were questionable, but overall I was very happy.

    A friend was here for a certain lab work that involves growing cultures out of bodily fluids. The reception practitioner was a learner and very slow with the lab work orders and choose to not call for help, and as my friend who was a patient there was waiting as the lab closes soon. She didn't get the lab work done and had to return the next day. Reception told the patient that the cultures would take few working days to grow. Patient called after few days to inquire about the status of the lab work. They told the patient that there is no prominent results and on their own accord cancelled further growth - without orders from attending physician. Later the patient wanted to try giving the sample again but this time the reception said that the result will take 7 work days to be obtainable. Having paid +100 euros for this whole ordeal my friend was left in awe and will choose other private healthcare provider and will give this clinic a definite negative review.

    About average. Staff are very polite but doctor's seem to be quite vague and try to get you to do a bunch tests and then later a bunch more. Almost like a scenario when a dodgy cab driver who doesn't take you straight to the destination, but rather drives you the longest way round to empty your wallet. Again staff at the service desk (for me) was great - doctors... I think they sometimes forget why they became doctors in the first place.

    Terrible rules of the clinic. Doctor applied treatment for my eye that was not working so i wasted ~80 eu + medicine. When i called to ask for a recipe for another medicine (cannot purchase without a recipe) they offerred to come to consultation again and pay +70 eu. I did not need a consultation i just needed another medicine. It would take 2 mins for doctor to issue new recipe but they refused to do so. I paid for the service that did not help, clinic rules should be more flexible and user friendly. Do not recommend. There are better clinics in Vilnius.
