Clearly 5 stars! The owner gave us very valuable tips about the city and beautiful routes around Vilnius. He knows the country and the people very well and told us many things about the Lithuanian culture and about beautiful places we should visit. Furthermore, the owner of the bicycle rental provides all route maps on the internet, so I suggest to download the map and to use it on your tour. The bicycles were in an excellent condition. Before starting the tour, the employees adjusted the saddle height and the brakes. Based on this friendly, high quality service, I can highly recommend this bike rental for your trip in Vilnius!

A fun informative biketour. The guide showed us the most remarkable places of Vilnius, even outside of the old town. From Soviet architecture to a small statehood inside of Vilnius, it was a fun trip. The service was good, the bikes were good maintained and the guide was tremendous.

I talked to the owner by email because I wanted to change the seatpost of my bike because mine was very short, he said he had some used ones and we met to try to find one that fits better. He change mine for another longer and better for 5 euros. Later he took a look at my breaks and more stuff of my bike for free. Highly recommended, the owner is very nice.

Very good idea to watch Vilnius on a bike, especially a bike rented from Baltic Cycle. The kind renter is well informed and can give you a lot of great tips.

Do not rent your bike here. The website is very weird, but there it has a form for you to prebook your bike. I filled it and to my surprise the owner actually responded. On the next day I went to pick my bike. I requested a Mountain Bike with a frame size 19", however they just had 17" or 21". The owner had a very weird temper making strange jokes which I didn't get and made me feel like didn't really care what bike booked. Moreover the breaks where non existent and the tires were very very worn out. When I came back after a few hours to return it there was another lady there who didn't look into my eyes for one moment, and when asked "do you speak English" repplied "if needed". Very weird interaction overall with poor quality mountain bike that wasn't according to my request .

Frank is a great guy. Very helpful and has great bikes to choose from. I can highly recommend his shop, his tours and his bikes! Try an electric bike!!

Relaxed and highly informative tour of Vilnius. We wouldn't have known it that way ourselves, and it's humorous too. What was particularly exciting were the corners that you don't read about in the travel guide (of course there were also those that you have to see). Bicycles were available in the right sizes.

Nice bike ride. We did a full day tour. You get through many city districts (Jewish, Soviet, Old Town and New Town, Free Republic). The guide was able to tell a lot and had photos with him that made it possible to understand the change. Everything was relaxed.

After a 10000km tour my bike was in need of maintenance, and Velo City Vilnius did a great job, and in addition stored my bike for a month in their shop. Excellent service, for a low price.

Nice bikes and good prices. The service was slow and not very helpful as he kept asking us which bikes we wanted and then telling us why we couldn’t have those.

Great individual bike tour through Vilnius! Absolutely recommended if you want to experience a lot of Vilnius in a short time. Very nice guide who responds to requests.

Open your eyes carefully to find the entrance, the shop is in the basement ;) Very friendly welcome, bikes of excellent quality and almost new, very affordable price: flawless :) And cycling around Vilnius is super nice and very easy.
