What a little gem. The location is just perfect. Friendly service and a warm welcome on arrival. The room was well appointed, very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and provisions. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend this place.

It was a perfect vacation. The reception staff is really helpful and nice. Their English is perfect, and a lady suddenly even talked to me in perfect German. They did everything for me and my friend to be comfortable, even gave us rooms next to each other. We had a superb dinner at the restaurant, again, super friendly and nice staff there. Same for the bar. And the location is great. Two metro stations are in 10-15min walking distance, Aeroexpress to DME is just 15min walking away. And you can easily walk to Kremlin in 20-30min with a great view. I think next time I'll stay there again.

Good property with international standards of Crowne Plaza. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of food and drinks. Good room service- ontime, tasty. Clean rooms, silent, excellent bed. However-- even located in the very city centre, hotel is quite far from everywhere. Complex 15-20 minutes walk between streets to the nearest metro, no other public transport nearby.

The food in the restaurant is really nice, the Thai soup, tuna grill steak simple awesome. The staff is kindly and good. The prices are ok, the only thing is not so many options about draft beers but still okay.

This Crowne Plaza is a bit tucked away in a business area but in the end we found the location very convenient to explore Moscow during the day and have nice bars & restaurants at walking distance (around Pyatnitskaya street) Despite the fact that the Kremlin is only 2 kilometers away, this part of Moscow has a complete different look and feel, partially due to the presence of large corporations with Western expats. The hotel itself is OK but lacks a bit of character : it will offer you a comfortable stay, although you not remember it for years. Staff was very friendly. I lost my migration card when arriving in Moscow but they helped me to get a scanned copy from the hotel in Saint Petersburg. Breakfast is typical Crowne Plaza : plenty of choice & good quality of food.

You will find it difficult to find the entrance the first time, but the location is very good, and the place is quiet

Everthing in the room was clean and nice. The little extras like a complimentary water each day and scents to help sleep were a big plus! The breakfast was also very nice with a wide range of options. The hotel was in a good location within walking distance to all the main sights in the city center. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, and it was easy to communicate with them in english.
