The room was very comfortable and very cosy. The staff were really friendly and the food was nice.

Best part about this was the swimming pool. The food wasn't great, but on par with the rest of my experience around the country. But actually a very comfortable and clean hotel.

Wonderful hotel with secure parking in a great location in Kairouan. I walked to the Medina from here and saw everything I wanted to on foot. The staff were super friendly and the room was outstanding. I had a nice view of the pool and it was nice and roomy.

The service we got at this hotel is 5 stars level. Too much attention to details. Staff was super friendly. And the receptionist who checked as in was just incredibly professional! The rooms are clean and renovated and breakfast was nice. We stayed there for only one night. But it was a great value for money. Much better experience then the other five stars hotel in the city

Part of Saharansky tour 4/5 Outdoor pool was quite clean, but cold 4/5 no issue with the rooms 3.5/5 buffet was decent Overall quite good

Great hotel!!! Big rooms, comfy beds, lovely pool. Definitely upscale, quiet, and in a great location. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. The whole place is kept well. The best breakfast spread I've had on this backpacking trip. I gave 4 stars because of cleanliness. The beds, toilet, sink, and shower were clean, but the flat surfaces around the sink, the mirror, and the toothbrush cup have not been cleaned for a long time and were very filthy; i kept my toiletries on the TV stand.

For a 3 stars hotel in Kairouan , it was a great stay for 3 nights with 2 kids. The room was clean with a nice view of the pool. Food was descent , staff members were friendly and reactive to our needs. A good hotel.

With the price we paid we expected a lot better.. The hotel is old, smell of cigarette all over the reception. we v got the exclusive room, the dust was everywhere, in the balcony you can't use the chairs as they were extremely dusty.. The bar atmosphere is not comfortable at all.. I bought my drinks and took it to the room.. They have no bucket neither ice.. I took my beers in my hands.. In the room there was no fridge.. There was fresh orange juice, the employee there told me you have to squeeze it yourself 😳, (what about children and elderly) so I squeezed for me and my wife.. The omelette was tasteless and has eggshell in it.. Overall it doesn't worth the price we paid at all..

Recent renovation has raised this hotel to a high standard - comfortable beds and pillows, great pool area, very clean, excellent breakfast including a wide variety including omelettes cooked to order.

A stage place I don't feel the bed sheets old tv big small list of tv channels available. Cozy bathroom no balcony and there is no tea maker in the room or a hair dryer for ladies in the bathroom stuff is friendly and try but Smell in restaurant can help you enjoy food no ventelation system

Only came here for a drink by the poolside while staying in the Kasbar hotel, about 1 km away. Based on level of service, ambiance and location, I prefer the Kasbar, but I suspect it's more expensive. The Continental seemed perfectly nice.

Good price , good wifi, nice pool, nearby (1km) of the center of the medina and nearby the louage , the breakfast could have some fruit but was standart tunisian breakfast

We had a very pleasent stay. Staff is exceptionally friendly, breakfast was good and room (family suite) was beautiful and big. Only downside is that currently there are renovations which are pretty loud midday and a very strong smell due to the painting color... that doesnt justify a bad rating though because these will be finished in time and they are done during the Day anyway so most guests are outside. Will be back for sure ان شاءالله
