Service is good but doesnt make up for the rest of it ! Food is absolutely apauling, nothing to do here. Everyone trys to get silly money out of you. The children are rude and no parents do anything about it. And everyone looks at you like rubbish. Worst hotel and experience ive had, would rather be in a prison cell for a week. Really really would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotels dated food is not the best although there's an alacart you need to book in to that serves nicer food than the main restraunt buffet . Not many English the hotel caters for German and Russian visitors . No where to walk to as its out in the wild although a taxi in to susse is about £4 Pool is clean and there's many activities through the day Drinks are shocking and served in small disposable cups . Overall its a cheap getaway butchered are better hotels in better locations here in tunisia The piza bar at the pool I would advise against there not the cleanest of cooks as you can see floes wasps etc plague the place

the hotel is big and it is clean, the rooms are not the best but they’re clean. the beach is amazing, same for the pool. Animators are really good, for us the best thing in the program was aqua gym with mohamed. The restaurant is great, but the arab people in hotel are messy and they always put lots of food and don’t even eat it and they spill juices and food, but i think that arab people are going to be separated from the tourists in maybe 1-2 years and if it happens it would be awesome for the hotel rating.

It is not réal 4 stars for me. But all Réception staff is really lovely. Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" front of swimming pool. he make really bad mode for all clients Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you are uncomfortable for all sejour. Make a miserable. Be careful! Or everything was good!

This Hotel is my worst life experience. The All inclusive services is desastre. The hotel is old and there is nothing to do in it. The beach is so bad...no sand...directly in the sea and the level of sea is very low.... Nothing is right there...nothing at all. Place to avoid absolutely

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town. And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. The weather was great. I burned my skin. We enjoyed our holidays. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water. You can't even use tap water to brush teeth. And we got stomach bug last days of holiday. Now finally at home, but we are still suffering from stomach pain and diarrhoea. The flight home was a nightmare to the UK. Sickness and stomach pain. Good to see another culture, but we prefer Europe.

I had very bad experience with the workers in the beach, one of them almost hitted me ! All because I couldn't move the 'pidalo" because it was stuck. I went to the reception to make a complaint and the woman there made it even worse by telling me to come back when I'm "dry" and refusing to give me the police number!!!!! Don't go there , its disgusting.

Horrific experience! This hotel is unmaintained, unclean, very dirty and the personnel unfriendly. This is definitely not what we expected. Our room has not been cleaned for a while as visible in the pictures (dirty carpet, glass splitters, etc.). The air in our room was so dusty, I almost can’t breathe. Furthermore the restrictions are ridiculous (no pool use after 18:00, no bathing in the sea at night). Additionally black mold inside the hotel rooms. The hotel facility itself is nice, but rarely cleaned. The offered dishes are ok. This hotel is definitely not a recommendation.

Everything fine, except for the kitchen, where they couldn't keep up with Arab people and their culture of eating. They grab themselves way too much food, then eat a bit and leave most on the table (not on plates). So the kitchen went short on food because of that instantly. It was really shocking experience for us. Culture shock, as we really are used to eat what we take and leave the table clean. But the place is fabolous and the people are nice otherwise. We would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and well behaved. There were many activities that we enjoyed being involved in. The view was breathtaking. The food selection was limited but delicious.

Nice and huge hotel with everything you might need for good vehication, but there are things that should not be in 4* hotel, such as corupted receptionist, authistic waiters that are waiting you give them money first to serve you, barmens that make a joke of you in front of other people!!! Thant you guys bat never more!!!

First time in Tunisia and this was my first hotel. It claims to have a 4 star rating, however it looks like a 2 or 3. Hotel itself doesnt look anything special. Windows are not being cleared, walls are dusty, even got a spider in our room. For now I'd wait till they get their tourists back again to fix their situation as it is. Not to forget, half of their staff cannot speak english, if they do its very poor.

Great animation team that makes you forget about the flows that this hotel has. Lack of A/C IN THE RESTAURANTS and în The hotel. Bad catpets all around. No towels. Old and distroied furniture. Dirty toilets. You have to pay to watch at The very old TV. Only 1 soap,1 sampoo per stay. Crowded place în restaurant. You stay în line for omlet, pasta, ice cream, pizza pancakes.

The hotel is clean, the staff are excellent & very friendly, the female receptionist was very helpful, I travelled as a single female with my 15 yr old son and I felt safe. The hotel offers tours through a friendly guy called Captain Jack Sparrow (just like Johnny Depp but with more charisma😉) tours are camel rides, spa treatment, go karting and pirate ship. I can highly recommend the camel ride and full spa treatment, both very reasonable. The food is amazing and theres a lot of variety. The beach is literally right next to the pool. The entertainment staff are fabulous and they all work really hard. They offer a range of activities such as archery and water polo. Theres no cash machine nearby, nearest is Sousse or Monister which are both a bus trip from the hotel. It's good to get cash out at the airport for trips and tipping. I'm not 100% sure but I think you can change your cash at the hotel too. Theres a little gift shop which is great, its next to the hotel entrance but you need cash they weren't taking card when we were there

Clean rooms, friendly staff at reception and cleaners very nice will give everything you ask for. All inclusive food decent, however some restaurant staff are very rude, no manners and will ignore you, pretending not to understand English. No kettle and coffee/tea in rooms which is quite strange as most hotels have this basic necessity. When we first arrived they gave a really bad small room, as soon as we complained they upgraded us to a better room. Have to complain to get what you need. No WIFI in the room we stayed at, unfortunately 😒. Even though we were clearly told there will be. Also you have to pay for access to the safe. Overall I would not stay in the hotel again. It is quite frustrating to complain to get the necessities which you need and were promised.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, considering the hotel in isolation, I would say that at this price point and target market, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are comfortable, and I didn't experience any noise issues. We were initially checked into a twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel, but after the staff asked for feedback we were moved to a double room overlooking the pool. I would say that the sea view rooms are a much better experience - time spent on the balcony watching what was going on was a big part of the hotel experience for me. The food in the restaurants was great - I'm a picky eater but I always looked forward to it. Snack bar was Pizza Popcorn and Crepes, Would have really liked to have seen French fries there. This hotel was at least as good as I expected, and often much better. I feel really sad for the resort though, Skanes beach has really suffered, mainly from coastal erosion. I can see the hotel is going to have some real issues over the next few years defending their shrinking beach. It used to be a main selling point of Skanes that you could walk the beach for miles, but not anymore I fear. I would have really liked to have gone on some walks, but the thin beach that remained was not at all easy to navigate. The resort area on the other side wasn't somewhere I wanted to explore either, there was a gift shop outside and across the road from the hotel, and I could see a bit of the golf course, but the place just felt derelict. I might well have missed out, but I don't think so. I certainly didn't want to go exploring.

When I arrived I had a room on the ground floor and the tv was old no remote the floor had cracks everywhere no mini fridge the cover was uncomfortable scratchy plus it had red stains. I ask for another room and I got it the next day. What an improvement newer tv but still no remote. Seaview from the side and most important it was CLEAN. The food was really mediocre the only thing that was good was the soup and pasta. The staff was cava the hotel itself is a nice building but it can do with some upgrading from the carpets in the hallways to the bathrooms. Entertainment was almost none excitent. The hotel is almost in the sea 😊 The woman at the reception is great very friendly and talks several languages. All in all I had a pleasant stay but not worth 4 stars.

Went for a 10 day holiday. Staff were excellent, food was better than expected and rooms could do with updating. Apart from that really had a great time

The rooms are clean even if they are not renovated. Bed linen, mattresses and towels are clean and soft. The pool is clean. The beach is right behind the hotel and it is neat. The guy in charge of fitness and water aerobics Mohammed is really great. I think this is just a period in which Tunisian tourism is recovering. They are a hardworking and kind people who will regain their luster.

Good location, big resort and excellent service. Staff was very helpful and resort had all activities for adults and children. Day time activities and night time entertainment was excellent. Food was great and plenty. We had all inclusive package so unlimited drinks and food. I recommend this place for holidays.

Wifi needs to be improved; only available in the lounge. Don't think it's really rated 4* but staff is really nice.

I was there in Mar 2014, it was a good time. I missed it a lot now in Jan 2021, that's why I decided to write this review, lol

I keep coming back! All inclusive... Sahara date liqour is my favorite. Nice oceanfront, can do watersports. Music entertainment nightly. Felt very safe, entering the "compound." Great location to shopping and airport.

We have been there for one week. The hotel is nice and clean, customer service is excellent, many variants of delicious food. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Only one thing - not many places around the swimming pool. But you can be on the nice beach :).

It's not that bad, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars, the beach is very bad and dirty, the workers are somewhat harsh and the food is very limited and not as it should be. Activities are very limited. The worst thing is the room, very narrow, some things are broken, the TV is old, and there are some cracks on the walls. Despite this I enjoyed it a bit, there are two great pools and the people are so kind you can make friends with the tourists, they are really warm-hearted. What distinguishes the hotel most is its large size and unlimited number of rooms. In conclusion, the officials should improve this place, and if you want to spend some time in a hotel, there are many other 4-star hotels that are much better.
