WHAT A MESS everything is dirty starting from the entrance to the beach. The whole hotel is falling apart. Rude and impolite staff. The rooms... like when the pigs stay inside... and consider that I paid for an upgraded room. A restaurant, dirty like a large canteen. The only plus is the food which is ok. I think it's the chefs' effort. For drinks...expect all inclusive drinks...low quality. No coffee service. Not even for extra money. Can you believe they don't have an espresso machine there? Just instant coffee. Sunbeds are in short supply and you will struggle to get one from 5.00 AM onwards You will waste your time and vacation. This hotel is an insult to civilized people. Feel free to ask me about anything else.

Very hardworking staff always smiling and make you welcome. Extra special heart ❤️ goes to the kitchen staff and head Chef who went beyond his duty to custom serve one of my disabled friends. Food presentation outstanding considering it was buffet, taste 10/10 and value for money 💰 10/10 from UK well done to all the animation team and cleaning 🧹 staff for their good hard work special love to my sweet cleaner Bianca.

The rooms are not clean. Because they don't clean up rooms There is no quality in the hotel. The hotel staff are rude. They are ready to quarrel with you about any topic. I have a suggestion for guests who want to come here. You have to choose Turkiye. Because very quality . The price maybe a little high in Turkiye but if you want quality it's worth it.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The reception is corrupt. For 10 euros, they can let you in anytime. They promise a better room but you end up with a room with broken cabinets. There's no internet connection in the room, and the reception's connection is terrible too. The room cleaners go through your things. When you return to the room after some time, you find your belongings rearranged. There's too little staff. To get a drink in the restaurant, you have to chase down a waiter; otherwise, you won't get anything. If you try to pour a drink yourself, they send you back to your table and say they'll come, but it takes 10 minutes. Without tips, they won't bring you any drinks by the pool. Only a few employees willingly bring drinks without tips. You should think twice before coming back here.

Normally it is a 4 star Hotel, nice location not far from Monastir. The beach is in front nice rooms and savoury dishes. However needs some attention to repair some defects. The staff is very friendly but some of them have to be fired out. And make sure you safe some shampoo and shower gel for the day after..... they are making some economy 🙁.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been !!! We visit this hotel for 10 days and we’ve spent the worst vacation in our life! Please keep reading I will attach some picture ( that will shock you!!!!) - so firstly we PAIED MORE money for a room with beach view ( please look at the beach view we had 👇🏻) - 1 day : arrived to the hotel with a taxi from the airport, the security man refuse to let the taxi drive into the reception WHYYY? ( who knows) i had to carry my bag for (200meter) I took the keys from the lobby and i went to discover the room : Very old room has not been cleaned since the Covid I am sure( dust / humidity……..) I decided to keep calm remaining my self am on vacation and that’s Tunisian services unfortunately maybe tomorrow they will clean it better. I went to bed and BOOM SURPRISE sheets full of make up stains , manicure, NEEDLE ,spit … I decided than to talk with someone !!! Who refuse to change Me the room and he was so RUDE … (it was the worst night of my life ) After hours of yelling in the lobby finally Changing the room in the next day morning ( you can imagine my night how it was ) to a room ( cleaned) BUT without water / electricity and A/C problem who dripping with water all over the week. Trying to mention this to the responsable Who answered me with OOOO I ALREADY CHANGE YOUR ROOM WHAT U WANT ELSE. buffet is not varied majority food are expired we had 3 days food poisoning in this hotel then the rest of the stay we decided to eat in monastir city ohhh I forget to mention FORGET ABOUT INTERNET IN THIS HOTEL ( no Internet in the room or lobby ) it’s the best way to disappear from world and no one can know it -0 service ( if u have any problem with the room you might never call the reception cause they don’t speak any foreign language and they will pick up the phone. Promise me those are 20% of the problems in this hotel. You might be a great person to see this comment and not waist your money on a catastrophic hotel!!! Lucky u , I wish I can delete this hotel experience from my memory.

People! Read the reviews, if you want to enjoy your holidays! The hotel won’t read them and won’t bother at all once you get there! Tunisia people go through a lot economically, but the hotels need to appreciate that someone from outside came to help the economy. Also the tourist agencies need to be real with the situations in the hotels, so the tourists would not expect much. Every single day there was a negative surprise, but I won’t go into details, it’s too much. All inclusive in this hotel means you ONLY have 24/7 water bottles available. EVERYTHING else… well, you need to bribe, or you wait to come home… Hygiene - already used pillow case in the room, got some dark curly hair on it and the floor was covered in it the first day of arrival. And it stayed like that till the last day. It Smells like toilet all around the hotel. Once you enter the hotel facilities you transform in “a monster” who needs to survive - you use your arms to get to the food, you push, use your hands to grab your food, plates and forks are a luxury that arrive at your table 20mins later, so you are forced to sometimes eat with bare hands… Cooks and personnel in the restaurant don’t care at all and were quite rude at moments, with some exceptions. My husband came home with a virus fever… a virus was spread around!! Sun beds… not available, if you don’t bribe the “securite” guy! Etc. I lost the desire to go back in Tunisia because of this hotel experience.

The service was really bad food disgusting and people are rude no plate no spoon no water …… I do not recommend this hotel . Lunch was mayhem and there were way too many people. We couldn’t even get a seat and staff did very little to help. They acted like it was too much to simple bring water.

We had an ok stay at this hotel. Could have been better? Definitely! Location: not in Monastir, not in Souse, but somewhere in between so nothing in a walking distance. The airport is right across the street so a lot of noise during the day. The staff is very polite and you can see they are trying, always working on something. But, the hotel is due to a big general renovation. The hygiene should be on a higher level. Wireless very poor or no connection at all. The food was fine, we could always find something that worked for us. All types of drinks are served in small plastic cups. My husband hated his beer in these cups. The beach very small with sunbeds that are already occupied at 7am. Shallow water good for kids and elderly, but full of some kind of weed and algae. Plus some not very pleasant smell. Due to this, most of our time, we spent it by the pool, but the "battle" for the sunbeds starts early in the morning as well. Note that the water in the pool is seawater. Hands down to the animation team, they were very nice and fun. At all times during the day (and night) there were some activities, for both kids and adults. So, in general I give this a solid 3 because it is definitely not a 4**** hotel but more a 3*** with a lot of room for improvement.

I booked a short vacation in this hotel due to his past good reputation. To be honest and fair, the room and the food were ok for the price. The second day we had no room service and we have had to ask the reception to change the bath towels. The worst experience I got in this hotel was the water cut off in the middle of the shower, so I have had to remove the shampoo with cold mineral water. It's pity that a hotel like that is starting to loose its good reputation. The cleanliness was not that good as well although I have seen a lot of cleaning workers but unfortunately without any effectiveness.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty rooms with dirty blankets and very bad smell in the rooms. Still further, the food is not varied and we had to eat the same meals for two days in both lunch and dinner. Also the staff here don't even accept to assume their responsibilities and we had to wait for the director for hours not caring for the clients satisfaction and needs. It s horrible

One of the best Hotels in the area with the best view you can ever have! Cons : You have to go all the way to the city center (around 15-20min by car/taxi) if you want to have a tour, buy some souvenirs, or visit some monuments though there is nothing much that you can do around the Hotel except enjoying your meals and the sun. Perfect for escaping the city noises and enjoying your vacation

So many bad reviews and I was so scared to go to this hotel but most of them were very misleading. This hotel is in fact great , the food was really good and there were so many different options and delicious, only the desserts could be better they were repetitive but they still tasted good anyway. Also ,the staff were kind, helpful and always greeting whenever they see a client passing by . The rooms are old and the walls were dirty, they need to paint them again . Also the water was barely warm, I can handle cold water as usual so it wasn't so bad but for other people it would be uncomfortable.

Rooms were dirty, like no one had moped the floor. WiFi didn't work. We didn't have shampoos in the bathroom. They charged us 15€ more from the amount in booking and they told us it was taxes. A very unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great place staff is very friendly, especially bar staff Ihab&Omar. Same in the restaurant Mohamed. Friendly and bubbly animation team high five for Aid 🤗 always engaging with the guests. At the shop you can get a tour guide to some cities, optional, but recommended! Bit let down is the wifi quality, but when you are on holiday give yourself a break from the screen😀

Verry good hotel! Nice rooms with view on the sea, clean, comfty. Food was brilliant! Verry good choice. Everyone can find something for himself. Wonderful pool! Cleaned every day. Nice beach with around 30m of knee deep shallow water. Close to the airport, but airplanes do not make much noise, less than i have in Poznań.

the rooms had no AC, the food was bad and i got sick from eating there. you have to park your car far away everyday and walk 3 minutes in the sun to get to a hot lobby. This hotel felt like a prison where you dont get to choose and you either like what they do or you just shutup about it

The hotel is located near the airport and a stop for the local tram they call "metro." It's surrounded by taxi scammers and people with carriages who sometimes suggest absurd prices for their services. The hotel rooms need new furniture and renovation. No matter how hard the cleaners try, they can't thoroughly clean all the rooms because there are probably too few of them. Leave them a tip and they will regularly change the bedding. The rooms have ingrained dirt. The air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, but luckily it wasn't needed. Forget about WiFi. It didn't work a single day out of the 7 days of our stay. Buying a SIM card for mobile internet is a must! The food in the hotel is good. Personally, I avoided liquid dairy products and chicken because they were sometimes not cooked enough. There is a noticeable lack of glasses and eating utensils, and considering the way they are washed, I'm surprised I didn't get herpes. The hotel smells. The reception smells. The lobby smells. The pool smells. The pool was dirty. The beach is sometimes dirty even though it has a beautiful sunset view. We rarely had the luck to shower with hot water. The pressure is often weak. Overall, the hotel needs a thorough renovation and better organization. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars, let alone 4.

I advised about the poor WiFi connectivity in our hotel room. No way to contact family or friends or conduct important matters that require connectivity unless I walk to the mezzanine to get some WiFi signal. As well, walls as thin as paper so that your neighbors conversation and other audible activities suddenly become your own. My partner and I are unhappy and wish to communicate this with our travel agents, LuxTours. Not what we envisioned at all and will be strongly recommending LuxTours find other suitable partners.

Disgusting hotel! If there was an option for no stars I would not be selecting 1 star. I will write my review in accordance to the star ratings. The rooms. The rooms are filth. You would be better off sleeping on the beach. Upon arrival, hair infested the floors and the bathroom not to mention underneath the pillows too. I would rightly assume the bedding is not changed. The sink is always flooding and the bath is stained (pictures will be attached). There is dust everywhere and the balcony doors are broken. Where do I begin with the service? I live in the United Kingdom where customer service is the forefront of every business. The service here in Tunisia is appealing which leads me to believe this severely underdeveloped hotel is not fit for tourism. During check in, a 2 hour wait was needed as the staff did not prepare for our arrival. Our room was not cleaned and our check in details were not correctly logged on to their system. There is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi so we could not contact family members to let them know of our safety and arrival. The heat here I Tunisia reached up to 45 degrees. You can only imagine how the scorching heat felt without the assist of air conditioning. On top of the unprincipled, shameful service, we were roasting due to heat. Staff members singled me and my family out as drinks would be provided to other visitors but not us. Smiles and good service would be given to other visitors but not me and my family (whether that would be classed as racism, I will leave that to the discretion of the reader). I have video evidence of how dirty the hotel room is and of staff members disgusting attitude towards us. The canteen is despicably designed. There is no air conditioning yet again in that area, there is always a queue for food that lasted at least 20 minutes on each section of the canteen. They purposely cause queues as they ration their food and supplies due to presumably saving money. On many instances, I have left the queue as the wait in the heat for a plate of chips was not worth it, causing me to half starve on this trip. You are not allowed to self serve in this hotel as they are rationing to save money. You will need to queue up at least 20 minutes for a glass of sprite. The location of this hotel is in the middle of no where. To find a local shop you will need to catch a taxi into Monistir. The spa facility is disgusting. Towels are not changed as I had witnessed staff using the same towel staff had used on me, to lay back onto the bed. Is hygiene not a requirement here? I am bewildered at how this hotel is advertised on reputable sites such as Travel Republic and Love Holidays? This hotel is advertised with Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. I can confirm this hotel has neither. The animation team seem to be lovely only whilst being drunk. I understand staff members are underpaid, however, I have paid £3000 for a family of 4 to be here. I too work hard for my money. Tourists should not be made to feel inferior, unwelcome, and excited to leave to return home. The positive reviews for this hotel are written by individuals who live here in Tunisia as they are accustomed to this poor behaviour. People from the United Kingdom will not have anything positive to say about this hotel I can assure of this.

I’m currently working in Tunisia and have moved here for work purposes, not by choice. Where do I start for a review? The laundry bags say that a chambermaid will pick them up, you have to hand them into reception and pick them up later. Please take a phone with you to search through this darkened storage room. The rooms are fairly basic, there is a TV but no remote. Cleaning staff are courteous but wet mop the floor before they leave, make sure you have flip flops. There is no plug in the sink and the shower has been designed poorly. You have to get into the bath to turn it on. Good luck finding warm or hot water, it took several complaints to get this sorted. Reception staff are down right rude and I would like to meet a few of them on a dark night to educate them in how to speak to paying customers. A desk is no protection for rudeness The food is good and the beach bar is also worth a visit. Today o asked for an iron for my clothes, not a good response. Yesterday I asked for a chair in my room, again I’m still waiting Would I stay here again by choice? Never I would rather be homeless. This is a hotel built for all inclusive, I think that paying customers are considered as alien and are treated as such Be prepared for good weather, a good pool, some good food and really disrespectful staff Enjoy your stay

I was in this hotel from July 26 - August 2. It was great, worth going to this hotel. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and speak very good English. The beach is spacious and clean (it happens that the wind and waves spread algae, but they immediately clean the beach). The hotel is 2 minutes from the airport, noise is not a problem, because there are not too many flights. The city of Monastir is 3-4 kilometers away, a taxi to get there is €5 one way (don't get too far). In the hotel you have an offer for excursions... be sure to go to the Pirate Ship (the price for 2 people is 50€), but after bargaining I got it for 35€ for 2 people. Everything else is great, the cleaners regularly clean the room and even when you leave a little tip, they visit you all the time and you often get new towels...

We had a great time at Rosa Beach hotel. We spent 3 nights and we enjoyed our time. It a renovated hotel, very clean and nice service. The food was so good and fresh. They serve the food in plates like an upscale restaurant. The employees are doing a very good job! They have Tunisian beignets for the breakfast and the chef makes them fresh.

Hats off for the kitchen staff and waiters, who were courteous and kind. One cleaning lady or two handling an entire floor full of guests and a sign of servitude. Receptionist Mr Daldoul should find another job, where he doesn't deal with adults or kids. I have never seen any ruder in such position. Credit card machine doesn't function Internet doesn't function. Clubbing noise can be heard inside the room. Infested with ants. Restrooms in the common area is not checked regularly. Pool is not so clean. Algae on the walls are too visible.

Absolutely NOT a 4 star experience. We had a poor experience, I can relate with newest reviews of this hotel, the fact that there is no answer from hotel is telling you what they think about customers feedback. As Tunisian I was very disappointed as I want tunisian tourism to thrive but they should listen to customers constructive feedback and plan to enhance experience. Areas to improve: - Cleanliness : room, corridor(stinky carpet), restaurant. - Amenities: No sleeping pillows ,no soap, you have to beg for everything that's supposed to be there at check in. - Hire a manager who will be responsible to check that the rooms are fully clean and ready before customers check in. - Food and beverage quality . - Terribly understaffed, frustrated hotel employees with zero hospitality skills serving overbooked hotel with no follow-up on customers experience. - Hire someone who will be in charge for pool and beach experience especially booking and reservations of sunbeds (chaise longues) which absolutely need rules and guidelines as residents leave their towels from 7AM in the morning and no available sunbeds after 9AM !!! This hotel had potential, with right employees and better management it could be a way better experience.

i was there with my mom and my son who is 1 year and 10 months old. the hotel needs exterior renovation, but being there and overlapping the minuses, because the pluses are much more. The animation team is simply the top. The guy who comes to the hotel shop to organize a group for a boat trip through the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, a camel ride is incredibly persuasive, although I was with a small child and I didn't want it, he managed to convince me, which I'm glad about, it was very nice. the guys in the restaurant are under a lot of stress serving a lot of people, not all of them speak the same language as you, please be patient, they will help you even with body language. the first night we arrived late, they opened the restaurant for us and we ate, and my son needed yogurt, we happened upon a very nice boy who didn't speak English or German, with his body language he explained that there was only milk, which we took anyway. Thanks to all the staff.we come back later

I went with my mother for our holidays to Rosa Beach in September. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, but with some obstacles. Rooms were not ready at check-in time and we waited till 3:30pm to get our room. We requested in advance two single bed and received one bed. Some staff at the reception was not very much helpful and almost rude. But if you are lucky, you can catch as well professional and friendly staff. Beach towels were available at the reception for a deposit of 10 Euros and you were able to change them every second day. The gym was closed for no reasons, even I asked prior booking if the gym is open and operational. I asked every day to give me the keys for the gym, but the answer was always, that some machine was out of order and they were waiting for somebody to repair. On my 9th day I offered to repair the machine, because they were not able to manage it. Meanwhile I was using a gym (Blue Gym) located about 4km walk from the hotel and paid each time 10 euros entry. Food was OK for an all-inclusive offer. Specially the sweets and cakes were delicious. In peak hours you needed to wait a bit for your food, but this is understandable for the size of this hotel. Drinks, like water, coffee, tea, cola and instant juices, including alcohol was free of charge. What of course some of the tourists completely exploited. The hotel animators have done a good job to entertain the guests. However, my recommendation is not to take a room facing the pool, as it’s going to be very loud music during the day and quite annoying. Regarding the sunbeds, they are free, but sometimes hard to catch. Guests are reserving those sunbeds in the early morning with a towel and then going to breakfast. So, it can happen, that a most wanted sunbed is unused till noon. To have a swim in the pool, the best time is in the morning from 9am or over lunch time, otherwise swimming is not possible of all the people. Swimming at the beach is possible, only when you walk 80 meters through the shallow coast. But please take care not to be burned by a jellyfish. It happened to me on the first day and was marked till last day. One day, for lunch, we came from the beach to have shower in our room and we were left without any towels for 24 hours. I asked the reception twice for towels, but no reaction. The got dispensaries for densification liquide at entry to the hotel and restaurant, but they were empty or not functional. Again, it was not a bad holiday trip and the beach was nice, but I wouldn’t go to the same hotel again.

This hotel is way too far to be a four star hotel. Disrespectful staff, dirty rooms, non functional air conditioner sometimes they cut the power during the day. These people don’t value human beings at all, i defined don’t recommend it.

When the date came closer I started to see many reviews which worried me about the state of the hotel. I got there and i was very pleasantly surprised, my room was extremely clean. The pool was cleaned every morning without fail and the staff were all lovely and more than happy to help. Especially Dexter!! He made our holiday so please keep an eye out for him as he’s lovely. There were many things to do in and around the hotel. Plenty of water sports on the beach. The beach was very clean and shallow for a long distance so kids are safe. I understand many reviews disagree to this but me and my partner had an amazing time. We typically stay in 5star hotels but due to this being so cheap we booked and took the risk & we’re so glad we did. The only downside was the food as the food wasn’t the best which I think was just down to us not enjoying the cultural food. Besides that, if you’re looking to book and the reviews are scaring you away, ignore them as for the price you cannot complain at all and will have a holiday to remember. If you’ve already booked & now reading the reviews panicking, calm down you’ll have an amazing time :)
