Brilliant hotel, lots of nice friendly staff nothing to much trouble. nice food n nice cold beer. I did up grade to a sea view room and glad I did as normal rooms are a bit small. Upgraded room was fantastic.

Ideal location with beautiful white sandy beach with beach bar which is not on you A/I but only works out 1.50 a bottle. Water sports for everyone plus small waterpark. 3 really good sized pools for adults and especially kids. Entertainment good through the day and evening.

Just returned from a week staying here. It exceeded all expectations. It was spotlessly clean, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful - they genuinely want to make it the best time for you. Plenty to do - water sports, horse-riding, beach volleyball, aqua-aerobics, boules, yoga, excursions available. Shops at the resort - haggle - its how its done! Food was superb - themed nights, fresh every day, snacks available all the time. I honestly can't find fault with this place. Already booking for next year!

A very big and fun hotel with excellent food, fantastic staff, beautiful views and a lot of animation. Every single staff member is very kind and makes an effort to speak to you in any language possible. The food is incredibly good with an enormous amount of choice. The rooms are simple but sufficient and are cleaned very well every day. Are there no negatives? Well.. the elevators are long due for an update and have their issues from time to time. I hope that gets sorted soon. I personally think there is just a little to much selling going on at the shops that you pass on your way to the restaurant. Book it! You will not regret it.

I came back from one week holiday which was amazing. It was my first holiday but I loved. So nice and kind people, hard working there to make our holiday perfect. Animation team (especially Maddi) always smiling and know how to take us from chair to do aqua fitness or playing games. Ladies from spa made wonderful treatments for me and friends. Also big surprised for free dinner in Italian restaurant. If you still thinking about this hotel then stop choose and see yourself. I will back to this hotel for sure.

Hotel is definitely 3 star, rooms need upgrading. However everything else was 5 star. Pool area is amazing as are the staff. I chose to tip the waiters, beach workers etc. They fetched the sunbeds and mattresses and brought my drinks as soon as my glass was empty. Visited the Tunis area from America and stayed at this resort for 5 days. Very nice staff but they are treated badly by guests, who were 98% Russians. Lots of screaming, crying babies and badly behaved, unaccompanied, shirtless kids running around, even in the restaurant which is also 90% Russian food. I have nothing against anyone but felt that more diversity may have resulted in friendlier guests and more respect for the local culture/residents. Also, the location is completely infested with tiny mosquitos that have painful and long- lasting bites. Come equipped with bug spray and cream!!! On the bright side, the beach/pools are beautiful. We did not, however, enjoy the loud, repetitive music constantly blasted at the pool because you can also hear it all the way on the beach.

The hotel could do with an up grade. The room was clean but lacked essentials, eg, hairdryer, fridge, safe, and pool towels. The cleaning ladies were very helpful as were the rest of the staff who couldn't do enough for you. The food was very good with lots of variety waiting staff brilliant. Outside areas and pools were good with choice of 3 out door pools and one in door. The hotel is situated very close to the beach, which was clean, and the beach staff was great.

A great place and plenty of things to do. Didn't do many night activities but did do karaoke and activities on beach. Almost drowned on one of the slides but lifeguard had a speedy reaction. Will miss the tall Arabic woman who stands outside restaurant. Food was great especially the omelettes in morning. Would definitely go again.

One of the best holidays I have been on. Food and drinks were amazing. Alot of variety and we never went hungry as there is something for everyone. Plenty to keep you busy and the animation team were amazing. Everyone in the hotel took the time to say good morning and always had a smile on their faces. We stayed on the last week of their season and found that the entertainment team felt like they had already finished. The all-inclusive restaurant was very disorganised. We were given a table and told we would be here for our entire stay after 2 days we were told at breakfast we would be at a different table for dinner. The next day breakfast was fine but when we came down for dinner the restaurant on our side was shut and we had no idea where to go. We were shown to a table eventually. The next evening we came down got our dinner an sat at our table when we started eating a member of staff told us we couldn't sit there and we had to sit somewhere else we were walked around the restaurant with our meals and drinks in hand until they could locate a table for us. The rooms were basic but clean the bar staff and snack bar staff very helpful. The beach and sea was gorgeous crystal clear water and soft white sand. Lots of reasonably priced water sports. The slides were great fun and we enjoyed the mini golf course. The pools were cold but it was in October. The sea was warmer. The pool where all the entertainment teams' stuff was held was the warmest but could get quite noisy so if you're looking to sunbathe in peace, choose another pool area or the beach. Also take a reusable drinks bottle as the paper cups used outside are fab for environment but very small the bar staff are more than happy to fill up your reusable plastic cups etc.

What to say except go for it. The whole hotel is outstanding. The staff are wonderful, the food is amazing with plenty of choice, the entertainment is brilliant with plenty for the kids to do. Would definitely recommend this as a family holiday n will be coming again.

We really enjoyed our time here. All the staff were wonderful. Shout-out to our friend who worked on the lobby bar, the cleaner who does a great job on the lobby toilets and to the archery man. They were the highlights. The grounds are really nice and clean, with plenty to do. Food was delicious, Tunisian food selection was especially really nice to see. Soups and salads and fruit. lots of choice. Always a speciality theme night and different options available. There was a good portion of children and more "western" food available also. Our waiter wasnt the best but I think it was a language thing, we got some different drinks than we ordered at times. Also the drinks in the restaurant are not very substantial and so we often would get a drink from the bar on the way to the restaurant to keep us going throughout the service. Housekeeping worked hard as did cleaning team throughout hotel. The aquapark is better than expected with variety for all and some really thrilling slide. The beach area is also pleasant with lots of sunbeds and plenty of watersports available. The pools are really cool, with one used for the animation events, another big one with lots of room and a smaller one at the top. Note to future guests: take your own towel for beach/pool or end up buying one or paying a fine. Also recommend you take your own cup if you like bigger drinks/don't want polystyrene ones. Bottles of water are available at the main bar in the lobby. The lifts are a little bit frustrating and you don't get a lot of information about the resort on check-in, in fact check-in was quite confusing for us. Also note, you can't change money back to pounds at the hotel and we also couldn't figure out how to do so at the airport which was frustrating. Stayed October 2023. Lovely resort, very clean, well staffed with very friendly helpful staff. Enough entertainment for all ages. There's food options for all however it may not be your first choice of food however you won't starve! Had worse food other places! The alcohol can be thrown down your neck and you won't feel it and the internet is a no go unless in a few certain places -they are the only downsides. Perfect for families with young children and teens. We've had a fantastic time and the weeks flown.

Best part of this holiday was the beach, if you have a family it's great you don't have to leave the resort, but if you do you are constantly hounded by the taxi's that wait outside and do not take No for answer. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation, une pale du ventilateur touchait un bord ce qui nous empêchait de nous en servir, le problème a été signalé à 18h00 et il a été réglé le lendemain à 16h00 pour une réparation qui a duré moins de 10mn. L’hygiène est déplorable poussière de partout dans la chambre, le lit était fait mais les taies d’oreiller étaient trop petites de 10 cm et tache jaune dessus. Une tache de vomi dans le couloir est restée tout le long de notre séjour. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant et ça c’est un très bon point Les piscines sont très agréables et très belles, mais il ne faut pas y aller trop tôt car vous aller retrouver des tasses à café, mouchoir et autres détritus qui ne seront ramassés qu’au court de la journée. Its has 3 sections to the water park, mini, junior and teenage ( but kids can go on the slides 5+ with accompanying adult. The park opens 10-12 then 1400- 1700 and its closed for the rest of the day. No alcoholic drinks are served in the park but soft drinks are. The food quality in the park is medium, some of the dishes are lovely for instance, rice and beef, pasta beef is also tasty. They do have an array of salads that does change but only ever so slightly. The breakfast selection is the same most days but you can get a fresh omelette which is lovely. The drinks are a disappointment for me the local spirits are ok gin on it's own is like paint stripper 🙈. Beer is average. The hotel has a bar on the beach that charges you 10 dinas for a cocktail, this is by far the best place to get your drinks and the setting g is lovely and its also open in the evenings. The air conditioning is ok but could be improved the hotel rooms only, the lobby and everywhere else is fab. The kids club offers an array of activities: mini clubs junior club and teenage club is great. 10-12, 2 til 4 and 6-8 ,so.erimes the activities cost money usually 30 di as for t shirt making. They have a great animation activities I the eveni g that starts at 20.30 usually aimed at the younger children which includes activities. Then at 21.30 entertainment , shows etc. The massive plus with this hotel is the beach its gorgeous and serves food from the beach bar resturant where you can get a selection of food and drinks and ice cream. The hotel also has its own shopping mini mall and is own nightclub and piano bar. The hotel is a great hotel with lots to do however for improvements is food and local drinks but it is rated 3.5 star so for me it's on par with its rating however trip advisor does have it as a 4 star which I agree with.

Absolutely fantastic resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Animation / entertainment team are hilarious and made our holiday. Foods a bit samey especially breakfast but don't let that put u off. This was our second visit here and there will be many more to come. One thing to remember is Dinar, the local currency, is a closed currency so all currency exchanges are done in Tunisia. Theres a place in reception to change money, we were changing around £20 to £30 every few days to cover tips, tombola/raffle and the games room for kids.
