Overall services are OK, cashiers are quick but the staff manning the exit door tally each and every purchased item so thoroughly, it feels like a custom’s red channel and the end result is being ending up in a long waiting queue.

Comes close in comparison with Makro in Chiang Mai as far as pricing and selection. Checkout was much faster than CM. Only negative is that there's a separate building to buy cleaning items.

Makro has many western items for expats and Thai restaurants serving western dish's . I was looking for a turkey since I was going to be here over the Thanksgiving holiday, but the turkey's Makro had were very expensive, and were so skinny, there was very little meat. Needless to say I took a pass on a turkey this year.

I think originally it was an international company, but since CP took over the quality of the products especially fresh meat is on the lower end. Coming from shopping at Costco to Makro is a major downgrade. The overall price for items should be quite a bit cheaper but compares to BigC/ Lotus unless it's bulk items, prices are the same. I wish it was as great a package +experience as Costco, but it's so far below that standard.

Very good store to buy stuff in bulk. You'll also find normal packages, so you can do your normal shopping here. Large supermarket, very clean and well managed. Good prices! Did not accept Mastercard?!

Get it and Go, but before you go, you must not steal anything from the store. You are a thief, you must proof yourself that you are not - by showing that you had paid for the items in your bag.

They have a large selection to choose from and at good prices.

Its Makro if you want it they've usually got it
