Our tourguide attempted to have us eat at L'oasis D'or, which we opted to skip based on Google reviews. So we walked a minute down the road to this restaurant, which we were glad we found. Waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good- it seems like everything in Morocco needs salt (maybe a cultural difference?) Portions were generous, and the price was right (60 Dhs for chicken tanjin, about $6 or €6). The front outdoor dining area is simple, covered for shade, and plenty of space to move around. Bathrooms were newly built and clean, though out of handsoap. Overall, a good dining option for the area.

The boss and chef are super friendly. We feel very welcomed. Highly recommended to eat here instead of the beside “torturist restaurant”. The price is reasonable and the food is fresh as well as good tast. Tajine 60-70 .

Most authentic Moroccan cuisine in the area, at half the price of most restaurants in the area. The host, Ali, was happy to serve us. For our two person meal and a large bottle of water we paid 150 dirhams, a little under £10. Absolutely worth it.

We got recommended this place by a local and we’re not disappointed, the food was authentic and delicious. Our server was very lovely and everything was very reasonably priced. They also had a cute neighbourhood cat which we fell in love with. 100/10 would recommend.

Wonderful little local gem with very friendly staff. I got the chicken tajine and it was still sizzling for a while. Highly recommend!

If you are on Sahara tour I suggest you to visit this kind of Moroccan restaurant over tourist trap next doors where you are guided by default. You will eat for half the price in authentic environment and chances are even better quality food.

Really liked this place. Our tour guide initially took us to some other restaurant next door but after we checked reviews, we decided to come here instead. Very good decision it was! Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the owner or any other person working here were very friendly and nice to us. Definitely recommend!
