Visit to the emergency room on the night of 07/01/20 for a deep cut on the sole of the foot of a 4-year-old girl. I go to her bleeding, an hour and a half of waiting. So that they don't even perform cures. They call the surgeon on duty but he decides not to come because the girl had had dinner and we have to wait if we want to give her saturation points the next day because they have to anesthetize her. They tell us to go to the maternity hospital because they can't care for her there. We leave as we arrived with our foot wrapped in a towel. In an hour at the nursery my daughter was ready. It was easier to say that the surgeon was better off at home.

I went to the emergency room yesterday and the treatment was great. They did tests on me, they gave me treatment there until I was better, unlike my family doctor, absolute lack of empathy with the patient.

He puesto una reclamación..

Incredible. I've been waiting for 4 hours with a fracture that prevents me from walking. A private hospital with these waiting times, in which the people in the waiting room are no more than 10 people, seems incredible to me. I now know where not to return (if they serve me at some point).

On June 19, I went to the emergency room and, apart from giving me a wrong diagnosis, it made my knee worse and there was no turning back. I hope that doctor is no longer there. On the other hand, I have to say that Dr. Mejuto seems like a very good professional, he does the necessary tests until he finds the problem, he explains it to you and he cares about your improvement.

10 days ago in this hospital I was diagnosed with Bilateral Pneumonia with viral cough... 10 days later I returned to the emergency room by order of my family doctor due to severe pain in my side, which she palpated and saw something strange there, I arrived at the Quirón and doctor tells me that mine was pneumonia, just a little in one lung and inflammation, when they diagnosed it there and my doctor, he does not feel me in the area that hurts, they put an IV, they do a blood test and a x-ray, vein pain relievers (which do nothing for me) then he gives him enantyum, I tell him that I cannot take that medicine because my blood pressure increases too much, and he tells me that for a few days nothing happens 🤯 I told him that with a pill Of those I ended up in the ER with 24//11 and he tells me to try....🤷🤷🤷🤦 Try what?? Is my blood pressure going up and giving me a kick??? .we are getting worse and worse in both public and private!!

Almost 6 hours of waiting with fever, vomiting, dizziness. According to them, they use the criterion of treating the "most serious" first, which is determined by a nurse in 2 minutes by taking your blood pressure, temperature and oxygen saturation. Only one doctor to attend. I arrived on 12/29/23 at 7:02 p.m. and left at 3:24 a.m., the service they provide is unfortunate.

We will NOT return to the emergency room here, they are disastrous in terms of attention and waiting time.

I especially want to thank Dr. Pichel from the emergency room today around 6 p.m. for her attention, nurse Paula, the girls and the guy from RX! Kind empaths! I had a lot of pain in my sciatica, I could barely walk and with the right treatment I'm doing better! Thank you

BAD VERY BAD. Unfortunately for me, he arrived with renal colic. Luckily there was no one in front of me in the emergency room. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes I ask the girl at the reception when they are going to help me because I can't stand the pain. He calls inside and tells me "THEY WILL ATTEND ME WHEN THEY CAN" I have never been in a situation like this in my life. I asked for the complaint form and ran to another more serious hospital. In addition to the consumer complaint, I will try to ensure that this information reaches all places. Who has seen this hospital that was exemplary in treatment and who sees it now. Discussing it with everyone I know, they tell me that lately it is the general trend at this hospital. A lot of image and very little treatment of the patient. NEVER MORE.

I arrived at the hospital at 1:10 p.m. with my daughter, they referred us to the respiratory patient room, there were only 2 people in the room, but at 3:00 p.m. we still haven't been attended to. No movement in this room. IT'S THE WORST EMERGENCY SERVICE.
