Cute place, excellent service! I had a classic pedicure by Laura and I am very happy with it! Edit.: pedicure by another lady was terrible. She removed too much of the cuticle on my big toes, to the point where it was painful. For an entire year my toe nails were growing out with purple capillaries on them. I believe it is due to the trauma of the cuticles. When I told the lady to stop, and that she was hurting me, she just looked at me like I was crazy and continued doing the same thing. She did offer a complimentary foot massage but I think it was included in the price anyway. I will not be coming back.

I have been a sporadic customer for many years. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated a lot, at least when it comes to waxing. In January I had to cancel an appointment at short notice. I had to pay this. This afternoon I was given a 3 hour... Appointment for tomorrow canceled, I'm going on vacation on Friday... No explanation, no apology, no (small) compensation. Of course I wasn't thrilled. The employee just said "Do you know what's going on here???" No, where from? If they had called me and first explained to me why I had to cancel, then apologized and maybe given a discount or something similar, I would certainly have been a little more gentle...

Real professional waxing /sugaring/nail service in Aachen. Highly recommended!

I don’t recommend the place for sugaring. The girl was nice, but she didn't know how to wax properly. I don't recommend the place, despite the good service, the waxing technique leaves something to be desired.

I go to Diana for sugaring once a month! She is great and highly recommended. She works quickly, cleanly and very thoroughly.
