Worst cashier employee ever, the old lady shouted loudly at me to sign the debit card, very disrespectful

We were looking for swimming shorts. There was limited collection. A bit on the expensive sad. The staff was helpful.

I went for a couple of running shoes, one employee did not speak English and I did not speak German. For me wasn't a problem but for him it seems it was. I never said you must speak English, nobody HAS to... But please just be nice and try to help. You may end up as a tourist in the same situation some day. Another guy was really helpful.

Pros - it's indoors, easy to navigate and steer through aisles, and new selections available quite often. The cons would be support staff can sometimes only offer directives in deutsch, and that the items on sale should have better segregation. Recommended to get their card and subscription if shopping here often.

Good selection of sports articles. Easy to navigate. Extremely supportive staff,particularly in hiking department. They recommend hiking gears according to your requirements. You can also try out shoes and walk along the prototype floor to see how well it fits for trekking. Online service and return as well as refund service are great!

Great service, and Wide variety of products. The employees do give a very good advise. My favorite sport-related shop.

Very helpful sales assistant in the shoe department upstairs. Lots of choice and interesting discounts.

Fantastic. Well, if you're a young gangster. A lot of rap music. Dutch music is also played so i must give it an extra star. It is a shoe shop, a wide assortiment of shoes so there's a huge chance you'll find something. I haven't taken a look at the prices when i waa there so i cannot assist you with that. It's close to a starbucks and to other shops. Excellent for when you like shopping.

Shoes were a bit expensive but seemed good quality, maybe worth the price- would need to compare with other stores. I felt seized when mentioning my budget and when entering the store. I was not responded twice when I asked about a shoe I liked which was more expensive, even when I considered buying it. Since the staff ignored me and turned around, I had to leave the store and felt quite bad about myself. Service could hence have been way better, but I think the team is probably already working on the feedback.

Awesome customer service! Had the opportunity to go to Aken and buy a Garmin Forerunner 945 from this shop. Although I had some problems regarding the installation of software and I even had to return to the store because my watch was not working properly, the customer service was there to answer all my questions. Specially thanks to Carsten Sparn who was there, understood me and assisted me. They even changed my watch for a new one, without any costs.
