That’s how it looks like!! Soon i opened it. Not yet touched. Pay and get less. Quantity and quality isn’t like before. Unfortunately, It tastes only cardamom and sugar. If i drink tee it would have been the same. Don’t be decisived with the Resturant name!!!

Please don’t choose this restaurant, It’s completely red flag 🚩 to any people who would like to feel the taste of India. Expected too much as I have spent 70 euros on food. I have mentioned specially to make it spicy and they haven’t did and in return they are complaining on us only. (Stating that what we have to do now, eating the food you have got is the only option ) such a worst service by Royal India restaurant. Please try to be kind to others. The worst taste 0/5 (Curries are completely filled with sugar, No garlic in garlic Naan, and the gravy is completely water water 💦 ..). The food was completed with our homemade pickle which was much tastier than their food. The worst service 1/5 in entire Germany. The worst restaurant, damaging the name of Indian highness 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 🇮🇳

Hello everyone, I hope you people are doing well. I ordered my dinner today from Royal India and the experience was horrible. I will never suggest anyone to order or go and dine there. We ordered four different items and unfortunately all the dishes were worst than my expectations. These people are not at all listening. To protect themselves they are blaming the delivery services about the special messages from the customers like I have placed my order from Wolt and just to save their face they are putting all these blames on Wolt service. In one word I will suggest never go or order your food from here otherwise your mood will get spoiled.

We accidentally discovered this hotel and we really liked the food. Especially the Gulab jamoon was hot and fresh and really tasty. I went with my parents and we were really satisfied with the food and service. The service was real quick, and the food was fresh and the spice level was perfect for us. 😊

I ordered a very famous dish in India, called Biryani. I ordered two variants of it, namely Chicken Biryani and Lamb Biryani. I just don't have words to express how bad they were. If I was about to test Biryani for the first time then definitely they would have ruined it for me. It is one of the flavourful dishes in India. But rather, in case of Chicken Biryani, I got some steamed coloured rice with chicken tikka pieces in it and in case of Lamb biryani the same steamed coloured rice with lamb pieces. There was no signs of Masala at all. It was anything but Biryani. I am really very disappointed with the food. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Though it has been some time since my visit but I just wanted to put this review as I was horrified looking at the good rating. This bad rating is purely a reflection on the food; the service, the presentation and ambience were good. The food though was an absolute travesty and complete disappointment. We ordered two curries which usually comprise the ideal staple order(butter chicken and kadhai paneer) in any Indian restaurant. Firstly, both were really really bad but hilariously we felt both had the same taste apart from addition of a mango pickle in one curry which the chef might have added at the last second so that they don't taste exactly the same. I would advice you to avoid this place at all costs and maybe try some restaurants in Köln or Düsseldorf.

I am normally quite pleased with the food and the delivery, however, I was really disappointed today. While the the delivery and the service were professional and friendly as usual, the Naan heavenly as well, the food was absolutelly disappointing! I have never had a more tasteless indian meal in my life! It was fresh and warm by delivery, but extremelly dull and tasteless. I hope it was an outlier this time, would be apitty if another good indian restaurant has spiled completelly its cooking, we have way too few good indian restaurants in Aachen :(

I order several times, The roti is very good, but two times it was not upto mark, curry also taste good, but Navarttan Korma taste little sweet. other then that everything was good, delivery and taste etc.

Everything was delicious and visually appealing. Ingredients utilized, matched and combined to create the flavors, textures, colors and plating were all very impressive. What a joyful evening!

Ordered butter naan, Fish Karahi and Gulab Jaamun. The food was flavourful and the naans were really soft. Gulab Jamun was soft and served warm, but can be improved. Overall very satisfied.

Ordered Chicken Dahiwala from here with rice. The delivery was fast. Within 20 mins, the food was delivered. It was hot and fresh. However, it tastes nothing like Chicken Dahiwala. It is just another chicken curry with chicken pieces in it. I don't think unlike the description, it is marinated for 12 hours in spices. The food tastes good but it is not what I expected. It is still decent if you're expecting some chicken curry and naan/rice along with it. The quantity is nice and the food can last for two meals easily.

Friendly staff, food was very tasty, ambience was comfortable and very INDIAN and hygienic restrooms. The food I ordered was exactly how I requested while placing an order. I would recommend anyone to mention your spice level expectations. Prices of dishes were very reasonable, most of the main course dishes cost around 11 euros, with a choice of naan or rice. Payment can be done via cash.

A dinner worth a drive out of the way. An excellent small town diner. The breakfast was excellent, quality service and plenty of farm toys on display

The biriyani was okay for the price but it was more like a fried rice. They didn't provide the side dish of papadam and chutny which should come along with any biriyani in general. The staff was so kind and the they keep the restaurant clean and tidy.

Ordered food to be delivered at 20:45 because i was at work, arriving at home earlier but no one delivered until at 21:30 i called to ask where on earth was my food, an indian b&tch talked to me like the most uneducated person, then told me to WAIT cause the food is coming, the delivery guy kept ringing my door from downstairs but i am disabled so i cannot just come downstairs any minute. i called the restaurant again they just told me that i have no number on the apartment door but in fact there is an obvious number, big as hell on the door, talked to me in a very arrogant way until in the end they said they are cancelling the order. i had multiple problems with them during 6-7 orders, always delivering late, always asking to come down when i ask them respectfully to deliver to my door. especially the indian piece of $$$$ on the phone just showed exactly what this restaurant is about. dissapoining.

This is the best Indian restaurant so far. We ordered about 7 different food and everything ordered was on point. Tasty and great customer service. Well done guys 👏👏👏👏.

Amazing food. Great hospitality. The service is great. Of course they speak Hindi so you feel at home. I would definitely recommend the sizzlers. What I bought: Garlic Mint Tikka and Chicken tikka

I ordered on Lieferando. Further I called personally because I want my food to be spicy, as I am from India. They were very welcoming and handled my request with care. The food was very fresh and the portion size was huge and amazing. We loved everything. It was very yummy. The mix tandoori platter is a must try.

Had a super delicious dinner yesterday with my family, All the dishes we ordered were so unique, There was a variety of different textures and flavours in each dish. The service was also amazing. will definitely come back again ❤️

I ordered the stuffed french steak and it tasted pretty good. The seating of the place was very good as well, quite spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, neat and clean. Service was a bit slow but I guess that is negligible since everything else was great.
