After almost 5 weeks, still haven't received my order. I ordered over 8 pieces of sportwear hoping to use them during winter season. After waiting 5 weeks and 4 emails and 2 complaints, no answer what so ever and no customerservice of any kind... Under Armour does not give any reaction nor tried to pay me back. This is not what you expect of a premium sport brand.... It is a scam!

It is always a pleasure to visit underarmour stores, and this time was no different. It is super tidy, very helpful staff , plenty of well organised collection in the heart it Amsterdam. Prices were reasonable for the quality . Shop is also very well made and very much like a luxurious place to shop

Just another shop, nothing special to come back

I can say that their products are good, but their services, for example via the Internet, are very bad. If there is a problem with the order, you will see another side: poor treatment and lack of communication. They have no phone to call directly. All their numbers don't work. I advise consumers to buy directly. I had the worst experience with them.

Fantastic store with a brilliant range of products, as well as extremely knowledgable staff with a great passion for sports.

I believe everyone will one day find their perfect shoes brand, i have found under armour and it is perfect to my needs. Since the first pair i bought here until today I will always buy here. I tried many brands but this one fits the best. The Amsterdam store is spacious and well organized.

Absolutely fabulous staff at this store! Helpful, and do what it takes to help the customer!! Really appreciate kancel, Sergio and the third person 😊😊. Also, one of the few stores with the automated tax free refund for non EU travellers. Worth a visit!

Under armour has a nice offering of golf apparel on their website, so I went into the store to fit some stuff. There's literally no golf clothing in the physical store. Really disappointing

Too small store comparing to the old location so you have much less options. They care about having their store in the center but I leave in Amsterdam so I don’t care about the location as much as the options which I will have in the store! Two stars for the friendly service/staff

I suggest people this great shop. They offer discounts for students 10% and also have a lot clothes in sales. You will find also the newest edition of the sport wear. The staff was very polite with the client i feel there very warm. They know how to make you spend money i must say that.

I was recently in the store in Kalverstraat and was very happily surprised by the standard of customer service provided. The store was exceptionally clean and well looked after and it was very clear that the staff cared about the store. I was attended to by a team member named Iman, who was exceptional and should be commended for both her customer service and product knowledge. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in need of sports clothing / shoes - it would have to be the best store in Amsterdam (Obviously the product is great too - but the standout here was the people!).

I was not able to change L to XL as part of my shopping (got three other items) five minutes after the 7pm closing date. Not nice.

Really pretty store right off Dam Square. Clean and organized with plenty of sizes in each item that I looked at. Every person working said hello as I walked through. I tried on clothes and shoes and the sales associate was super knowledgeable about all of the products. This was my first time trying on UA so I had a lot of questions and each one got a thorough, helpful answer. Also, their gear has made running in the cold so much more fun!
