So, the waiting list is unreasonably long, like months. And if you finally get there and it appears there is a need of some tests, you should wait again for another appointment, and then again wait, for consultations with the doc about the result of the tests. It can last for months, like it did for me. And if you have pain, like I do, that's a hell. But finally, I didn't get anything. The problem wasn't found or solved. The prescribed painkiller was completely useless, except for the pain in the stomach which it's caused. (I've mentioned that I have gastritis in online form and verbally ) Better to avoid this place and find something really professional. Two stars for the politeness of the staff.

Hier heb ik een zeer slechte ervaring. Ik had niet de gelegenheid voor een intakegesprek voordat ik de arts W. Beuving ontmoette, zoals normaal gebruikelijk is. De arts W. Beuving heeft niet alle medische factoren onderzocht maar was allen geinteresseerd in het onderzoeken van mijn psychologische factoren. De arts W. Beuving heeft geen onderzoek verricht naar de oorzaken van mijn chronische lichamelijke pijn. De arts W. Beuving koppelde mijn chronische lichamelijke pijn aan mijn psychische aandoeningen zonder enige medisch onderzoek uit te voeren. Zij heeft tevens niet in mijn voorgelegde papieren dossier gekeken waain informatie stond over mijn lijden aan de chronische lichamelijke pijn. Ik ben meer dan 4 maanden op de wachtlijst gestaan. Ik voel me niet serieus genomen door de de arts W. Beuving, en ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. De hele situatie gaf mijn de indruk dat ik niet welkom was, racisme in de medische sector moet worden bestreden zoals Corona. Dit probleem is bekend bij de klachtenafdeling, maar is niet naar mijn tevredenheid opgelost, dus u hoort nog meer van mijn advocaat.

Waste of time. After a year of wait my condition worsened and I could barely walk, so the center almost rejected me, despite rehabilitation being their literal job. After 4 months of “care” none of my key issues were resolved, even though I followed ALL the given guidance. Main doctor is outdated, does not have up to date knowledge of hyper mobility treatments, was extremely disrespectful, ignored key issues, the scheduling of care is constantly disorganized and after ending treatment they left pending items untreated and undocumented even after several conversations and calls asking to finish up paperwork, so now I have to start all over again with another physician. Just get an Ergo And Physio near you and avoid this place. They stress you out more than they help.

Reade is a well-organized rheumatism center with many medical facilities in one place. Therefore efficient.

Dr Kapinga is the worst doctor I have been to in my life. Giving factually (!) wrong medical information, as well as statements that conflict one another, no differential diagnosis whatsoever, dismissive to patient complaints. His opinion on a clearly inflamed swollen, red, immobile hand was “it’s nothing”. As to possible treatments, his advice was “trial and error” and “take some ibuprofen”. Clearly this is a man who either is incompetent or just doesn’t care, making him an unqualified doctor either way.

Since I was 10 years old I have been going to this hospital. Not once have I had a bad experience. Lovely doctors and lovely nurses.

If you don't have university level Dutch, Reade will test you but not treat you. They will not admit you for rehabilitation,/ revalidatie. You don't find this out until tests are done. My GP/huisarts told me that she heard that reade find that foreign people disrupt the support circle.

Very strange that my review has disappeared, but I will write it again. I was here in December 22 for some research, they could not indicate what the costs were, now six months later I am still waiting for the settlement, no idea how they will turn out. I read in other reviews that more people experience this, but those reviews have also disappeared.

The pharmacy is great, nice staff, always friendly and extremely good service

Fantastic help from Dr. Wijbrandts, who not only helped me get rid of that horrible pain, but also saw things that had not been noticed in the normal hospital - and thus simply gave me my life back.

I have a €585 invoice to pay to my insurance for a 30min consultation appointment with the rheumatologist. Nothing came out of this appointment and I’m just left with a huge bill to pay! The explanation they gave me is that it’s a hospital thus the high charges for a consultation appointment. As they said ‘The composition of the DBC is based on a national average composition. It is therefore possible that you have not received all the care included in the DBC. It may also be that you have received more care. As a result, the invoice amount is (un)favorable for one patient than for another.’ And I thought I couldn’t get more disappointed from the Dutch health care system but they never cease to surprise me! I was referred to this hospital by my gp and they nowhere disclose the prices for their appointment. Think twice before going there especially if you have a high risco for your insurance
