Very easy and convenient way to order the donuts. They have 4-5 kiosks, from where your can order and wait for your order number to be called out for take away. The taste of the donuts 🍩 remain the same since last so many years 😀always happy for a take away from Dunkin 👍👍

Cronut lemon (€4) definitely did not represent the croissant vibes. Staff not very friendly. Would recommend going to cinnabon for beter price quality.

We came to Amsterdam and stayed in the hotel across the street from Dunking Donuts. So, we had our breakfast every day from there. Donuts are tasty and fresh.🍩You order by a self-service machine and they only accept card payments. The staff is not very friendly. In the morning, on the day of the Harry Styles concert, there was only one person to serve resulting in a long wait.

AJAX Donut is beyond my expectation. They had two options; one with white chocolate filling and the other one with a Nutella filling. I tried the one which was filled with white chocolate and such a delicious donut I got. The coffee was ok..not bad and not that much good. It is ok, but not my way of drinking coffee since I am a huge fan of dark roasted latte😮‍💨

Order 1 donut and wait 10min to get it, laziest people hired in here, skip this shop

Donuts and drink were good. They only accept card payments via self service machine (which I never seen signs for) and the staff just seem unfriendly but other than rang no problems

The lady working on 01-10-2023 at around 7pm I don’t know what’s the matter with her, when I arrived there were a whole shelf of donuts but the machine was turned black. I thought the machine stopped working so I told her can I order in person, she said we’re closing in 10 minutes. I’m like what? I don’t understand, first of all on your website, the closing time is 10 pm but now it’s just 7:05. Second, you’re closing in 10 minutes but you haven’t closed yet????? Another employee overheard us and told her to turn on the machine, then I can finally ordered and it took her 1 minute in total to get my order ready. So the machine was not broken, it’s just she was so entitled and lazy to turn them on. I mean girl, if you get paid to work here, be professional and do your thing, which is literal the bare minimum. You know you don’t have to work here right???

Ordered 2 donuts didn’t even get them, waited half an hour asked multiple times and there was even anyone in the shop! staff were rude!
