The bed is comfortable. However, it was a tragedy night for me. The receptionist didn’t help me to check in, so the hotel thought the room is not occupied and then the receptionist gave my room to another person. The guy who had the same key with me got into my room at one a.m. when I was sleeping. It was extremely scary, I even can’t fall asleep again because I was toooooo scared. In the end I put a desk to block the door to let me feel safe. In the morning, I told the receptionist this situation, one receptionist said…oh, that was a system problem!!!! Come on, no one should face this situation. It’s a basic, you must ensure your customers be/feel safe. I believe it was an accident but I can’t agree the staffs’ reaction. You can imagine, when you fall asleep and then someone broke into your house. How would you feel!!!!!????? 😡

Great lobby with lots of places to sit. We were given a welcome drink of choice, which includes wine, beer, etc. Room was clean and comfy. Lot’s of options to choose from during breakfast. Overall my family really enjoyed out time here.

Squeaky bed, stained floor and sofa. There are very visible marks on the furniture, which requires replacement. I’ve stayed un this hotel quite frequently, since the moment it was open…little to no investment in its furniture, which has significant wear and tear. For a 4* hotel, it used to be nice, but not anymore…no value for money at this point.

My daughter got married here. When she arrived she was not able to check into the room she made a reservation for because of an electricity issue on that floor Because the wedding was at the location, they offered her a room to get dress and advised her that they would move her things to her room when the electricity issue was solved. While the party was going on the staff move her things as promised However the make-up airbrush system just vanished, and the hotel's respond was just a "yea, we do not know". The cable of the airbrush system was moved, but the system and airbrush make-up just disappeared. Very "oh, well" attitude from the hotel is just unacceptable about losing equipment valued at $350 for which they were responsible!!!

Enjoyed the location as it’s very close to the train so airport and lots of places are accessible. Better than most other hotels for that alone. Breakfast was great. Lots of items. Even dinner was very nice and good food. No s to travel too far for food when it’s right there. Local food is good too. I’d stay again. My only issue is it’s not a Marriott brand as I’m a junkie so saying all this takes a lot.

This hotel is so cute, everything is spotless, neat and organized! I ordered their homemade tea and it was just lovely! 🥰 All food and beverages aside what I want to compliment most is stuff! They are so friendly and welcoming, caring and always willing to assist with recommendations and food/drinks pairing! In this busy area its so nice to see that someone care that much about customers!

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was super nice and helpful. The bar was very active and fun, and the breakfast was simply delicious. I highly recommend.

It s located in a very strategic place close to the train and bus station. Easy to take walks to city central and other hotel locations around. Nice and friendly staff only downside is a bar member disappearing with my 6 euro balance, so make make sure to collect your balance immensely you make any payments. It was a good stay and lots of families visit so hotel is always alive with people.

Very nice hotel. Good service. It's quite a convenient location. It's a little bit outside the city, so it's not too busy around, but it's close enough to the airport and to the city. The rooms are nice and modern with good air conditioning. The fridge is a little bit on the small side. Breakfast is good too. My stay was too short to check out any of the facilities, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A short train or R link bus journey from the airport is this excellent hotel in Hoofddorp. Staff were superb and very welcoming and the hotel is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Their food was delicious, excellent service and praiseworthy environmental credentials. I would definitely stay here again.

I was passing by this hotel some time ago and I wanted something to eat before heading out to training. Lucky for me, guests from outside are allowed to have breakfast. I got some awesome breakfast suggestion from this cool dude with braids. He was like the most happiest man alive! He recommended trying out a protein-packed omlette with veggies and a side of whole bread toast. It was so delicious and kept me energized throughout the morning! I will surely come and stay during my holidays.

I have been staying in this hotel several times and I always feel very welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, staff very kind and professional. The bar and restaurant are also very nice and prices are reasonable taking into consideration the quality of the service. It’s definitely my preferred hotel for my trips to Amsterdam

As a single business traveller they make the experience great. The restaurant especially caters so well for the single diner from the pleasant greeting from Romena on reception to the tables making it feel like you’re not a sad loner! The hotel facilities are good and the as the train station is so close it’s simple to get to the airport and into Amsterdam.

The hotel is a good quality hotel with clean rooms and and big beds. The food was of a high standard and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had during the stay was being forgotten about in the restaurant after being seated, so it took nearly 30 minutes to get a drink. It seemed that everybody was seeing me, but thought that somebody else was serving

Great hotel, modern rooms, lovely service and very close to the airport. We planned a company function there and the meeting rooms are perfect, with a lovely little lobby area kept stocked with coffee and snacks. Only criticism is they don't have USB ports in the room.

A very good hotel. I like their service and I much appreciate their cuisine too. The rooms are high level standard, never had any issues. Clean, enough space, good beds and proper bathrooms. Good!

Very close to Hoofddorp Station with direct links to the airport and Amsterdam centre. Modern hotel, friendly staff, very large foyer where you can order very nice food. The breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. Rooms are a good standard, and was lucky enough to get the top floor with great views. If you're parking it's in the p+r next door and you get the hotel rate at reception

Dutch service usually sucks... But the service in the bar here is so bad that I wonder if there is any competent adult managing this of if it is just run by kids. Seriously, but then they are happy to overcharge you.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with coffee maker. Rooms were cleaned every day. The front desk staff were also amazing so also was the bar man. Breakfast was delicious also. Highly recommended and very close to hoofddorp station.

Definitely not your average Airport hotel. Amazing property with a genuine flair for service and warm welcome from all its staff. Stayed there for business and all was professionally taken care of. Also a short stroll away from teh train station with easy access to Schiphol and Amsterdam.

We had an excellent stay as a family of 4. We particularly liked the service from the front desk. They were very always friendly and willing to help and flexible with luggage storage. We had a direct comparison with Hilton (where I have gold status), and received superior service at Novotel (despite having no status). The beds were very comfortable and pillows just right- they actually supplied two pillows per person vs an inferior and almost non existent pillow at Hilton. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety and quality offerings. Overall I would highly rate this hotel compared to other (even more expensive) options.

We stayed here on a airport layover. We got there late and got a night’s sleep. The lack of dinner options after 10 PM in this Hoofddorp suburban setting was a small problem for us. We were off early the next morning. Short stay. Clean room. Nice staff. No issues, just no real chance to see much of the place — hence 4 stars. Quick trip to and from the airport if that’s what you are looking for.

What a lovely stay! The staff were great ,the breakfast was excellent,the room was more than perfect….what can I say !!!! Easy transportation from/to airport and also to the city centre. Will happily return with the family as this time it was a business stay.

Room was air-conditioned, clean and modern. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, best I've ever had, deep recommendation even if it feels expensive. Only faults were that the bartender wasn't friendly and as a tourist it was hard to find the right train to the hotel. Intercity and shuttle are completely different, so be careful with that, because the last station are same named and Google Maps can't always be trusted 😅

We had a great business meeting in June 2023. Great hotel in quiet neigbourhood and not really disturbed by Airport location. Great staff and interiors. Service exceeded my expectations. Really good idea with the self-service shop in the lobby.

We loved our stay here! We were a party of 16 on vacation. The hotel is really within walking distance to the metro. Clean rooms, linen, and towels. Breakfast was great. They offer freshly made omelets! Niki, at the front desk is awesome! He gave us information on places to visit in Amsterdam and for when we visit Italy! He is very informative. I would definitely stay here the next time we visit Amsterdam.

Really good experience overall. Room modern, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Really lovely lobby/ bar area with great outdoor bar space! Food at the restaurant - great selection and flavours. Very happy with the stay!

Hidden by other buildings from the railroad and the main avenue heading from and to the airport, the hotel is hardly visible and not well known by local workers. At the entrance, the individual attention is remarkable but two employees were managing with one client while a queue was formed for the check-in. The bar service is astonishing. No employees are at the bar. Once an employee is assigned, no enthusiasm shown, the guest is almost disturbing. However, the comfort level of the room is corresponding to the standards.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights regarding my work trip. Breakfast had lot of options in general, but I would be happy to have more vegan options available, as I had to eat exactly the same things every day. Rooms are nice and really clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was so big, I had the best sing along sessions of my life. I had an interactions with a receptionist, who was not really friendly and, since I use to work at the reception myself, I had am impression, she didn't really want to do her job, since when I ask her I was brushed away, but the same question to a next colleague always resolved an issue. And me and a colleague of my were really disappointed the our bathrobes were in our rooms for Sunday and then magically disappear for the rest of our stay :( I like the bathrobe and would like to use it everyday, it's unfair to show people what they are missing
