Really unfortunate that there is conflicting information on the internet about their shuttle. It's NOT 24/7, even though Google and several other bookings sites say this. Lobby manager was extremely rude when discussing this, I'm sure it happens a lot, but we travel for our business, and we always know to check this, especially for morning flights. I'm disappointed in Radisson, and won't stay with them again, especially in Amsterdam. There's no need to be rude and dismissive when we're giving you business and we're given wrong information. Go somewhere more reliable to sleep better without anxiety.

Radisson breakfasts are great, as was this. The Copenhagen one probably tops the Amsterdam Schiphol one, but it was still excellent. A few choices I'm used to were absent, but it is still better than most. Still had the Morning Mary mocktails, for example, but with fewer ingredients available. The hotel was exemplary in keeping open the kitchen for me as a late (cancelled fight ✈️) arrival and finding me some food with great service. Even more, when I lost my jacket in the corridor during leaving, they found it, and it was shipped to me later. The airport shuttle was convenient, and times were signposted and accurate. The rooms are relatively basic standards even on the business level floors but with mini-fridges and coffee machines not instant sachets, and for me, having a bath with decent hot water was perfect after an unexpected airport layover. The staff at reception and the bar/restaurant were super friendly and helpful.

Room was booked by my company so I was able to catch early morning flight. Took shuttle bus from the arrivals gates to the hotel which departs every 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was friendly welcomed by the hotel staff. Mackey helped me out and had me upgraded to a very nice room. Highly appreciated, thanks. Also the bar service was very professional. Next time I will be staying here again. Dan.

comfortable bed, however, room was not as clean as i would expect as i found some hair in the bathroom. the hot water in the shower was not very consistent. it was alternating from hot to cold every few seconds. not a pleasant experience. there was absolutely no sound proofing as we can hear people's conversations who are passing by the hallway. there is coffee in the room which was great. breakfast was overly expensive (28 euros). before getting on the shuttle to the airport make sure you get a token from reception. we were not given this information from the beginning so it was a bit of an embarrassment when the bus driver asked for it.

I was about to rate this place 2, maybe 3 stars. Room was rather dated and inadequately cleaned with the bathroom decorated with heaps of hairs of previous guests, a brown discoloured toilet and mold on the shower curtain. Bed was great though! What got me to rate this place 4 stars was its convenient location and the hostess Paula at breakfast. She was a delight! It felt like stepping into my grandma’s kitchen. She took great care of her guests and gave this place a friendly and warm face. She deserves a raise!

Beware, the so called economy rooms do NOT meet the expected levels of a Radisson Blu hotel referring to itself as being "upscale", by any means. It provides the level of a run-down 2-star airport hotel instead. I was a returning guest recently and the overall quality was way way below of what I remembered from 2-3 years ago. Odd smell in the room with unopenable windows - nice combination. Cracked/ripped wallpapers? Unbeliveable. No decent services, no wellness/spa whatsoever, and a below average breakfast.. And they now even charge 5 EUR for the hotel-airport shuttle... what a pathetic ripoff. It is an airport hotel, but it actually takes more time to get to the airport from this hotel than from downtown Amsterdam. The staff was nice, and overall it was okay-ish, but next time I will for sure consider other options for hotel.

Good hotel for Schiphol airport and staff very helpful. Last minute booking due to flight cancellations, but they helped out and provided toothpaste and other basics when our luggage was lost. Great service. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of hot food and pastries.

Room 237 is clean, but the carpet has stains and needs to be cleaned well. I waited for 45 minutes to check in which was frustrating, after this long flight and delay. And there was only 2 receptionist. Love the location and the airport shuttle was helpful.

We spent more time in the room at Amsterdam than other places as we were sick and the weather wasn't great. It's too far (€ 45 to get to/from city and €35 to/from airport) but rooms are great and service is decent. Breakfast buffet is great with all the spread of food. They have airport pickup/drop shuttle and you can use that as an alternative to get to/from airport which we weren't aware until we got to the hotel and paid for taxi already.

Fantastic hotel. If you are willing to stay near the airport and not in old town. Kind of sucks they charge you $5 to take the shuttle to the airport (It's free From the airport). From there you can take a train into Old town for a few Euros. No real dining options other than the hotel dining that's very close.

Service was excellent, staff are so lovely. Decor and cleanliness of the hotel is also excellent. Location IF you are looking for a hotel near the airport is good. Shuttle from the airport is free but from the hotel to the airport is 5 Euro .. cmon .. 9.75 for a beer is so cheeky.. food is OK but just incredibly overpriced. The mattresses in the room are like jelly .. beyond soft .. don't offer a Chromecast option on the TV if it doesn't work. Would struggle to recommend this hotel if I was spending my own money.

Convenient to airport on a local bus line, the rooms are a bit dated and the single bed mattresses are worn out. The restaurant area and bar were nice enough and the staff friendly and helpful. Oh, and it turns out there is a shuttle bus at least to the airport from the hotel. I’m not sure about the opposite direction.

Room was disappointing, I asked them to decorate it a bit because me and my partner are celebrating our anniversary, they even accepted the request via mail, unfortunately they didn’t do anything. The room wasn’t even clean, it looked like someone just left it and nobody didn’t clean it afterwards. They also didn’t clean the room regularly while we were staying. One thing about this hotel is absolutely amazing: the female bus driver with the short, brown hair. She is an absolute blessing for this hotel and just wonderful. She is very friendly, funny and charming and the best bus driver I’ve ever seen. She drives really smooth while singing to the radio; we absolutely loved it. So all in one I’d give it a 3/5 rating, just because of the bus driver. If we ever get back to Amsterdam and plan on celebrating something there, we will probably choose another hotel, because unfortunately, the bus driver can’t clean our rooms, even if I think she’d done it better…

If you are here for a stop over from the airport this is a great choice. If you want to visit Amsterdam, the location is offside and not recommended. There is a free shuttle service from 7.00 till 20.00. Service is great. We got a free Upgrade for a suite. There is also a restaurant there which offers great food. Room was huge and really nice. We had one extra shower and a bath tube. All in all very nice!

Very cozy and clean comfortable rooms , the front desk has very friendly people. No coffee maker in the room but an electric kettle is provided. Instant coffee pouches are supplied , couldn't stream content from my phone to TV as cast was not working. BREKFAST AT -1 LEVEL IS excellent but the bar on level 0 is disappointing unfortunately that's the only option after 8 pm or getting the food delivered to hotel.

Stayed here before a flight out in the AM. Very efficient to/from airport service. Room was clean & stocked with generous level of toiletries and coffee. Front desk was friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel for the night that’s near Schipol airport.

Very well placed and nice surroundings If you have a car they will charge you separately for overnight parking! I wasn’t aware of it so thought of mentioning that! Super efficient staff, super clean rooms and an excellent breakfast and staff during breakfast! The people at the reception are very good in English and excellent at their job!

I was in Amsterdam for an extended layover and chose Radisson Blu. I had never been to Amsterdam, and the young woman at the front desk gave me extremely helpful information to make the most of my time, which was basically a 5 hr window before I needed to turn in. I ventured towards the city and had an incredible time. When I returned, I had a wonderful night's sleep in my large, cozy, clean room. The hotel itself was also quite beautiful. I would definitely choose Radisson Blu for my hotel stays in the future when available. A++

We came from Germany. We’ve spent 1 night at the hotel for our flight the next day to the Philippines. The staffs were so accommodating especially the one who entertained us, Mackey. It’s good to talk to a friendly and with a sense of humour staff. He even gave us a good room, which we are very satisfied. Service and staff, overall: very satisfied. Thank you. Keep up the good work 👍

The rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel is 10 minutes away in a business area. Not many options for food . The hotel restaurant options were subpar. I ordered the potato soup and while it tested delicious there was not a potato to be found nor was it the consistency I would have expected. Staff is gracious

Far from the city. Staff is friendly. If you want to eat something I am suggesting to eat outside or in airport. Ordered fried fish with pasta. . (Forgot the name if this dish) it was so tasteless that I had to ask for salt and pepper. Couldn't eat it. 21 euro its price after discount.

Meh. Large hotel. Not bad, but no personality, no vibe. It’s where you end up when your flight is canceled. Nice staff, good WiFi. On a dreary industrial estate but close to great running trails along the river nearby. 20 EUR daily parking fee is daylight robbery…

Great hotel with excellent standard of rooms...lovely breakfast with nice choices. Only negative is that shuttle bus to airport only starts at 7am so we had to organise taxis especially since the ques are huge in schipol Airport they should offer earlier buses..

Nice place to stay not far from the airport. Breakfast is nice and diverse. Rooms are clean and quite modern, however, could not connect to the smart tv in the room with my phone to watch YouTube, there was definitely a technical issue with it. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Schiphol Airport

Unfriendly staff, bartender literally trowed menu on my table at the restaurant (I've just walked out after that). For 30mins nobody served us at bar at 11AM (workdays), and superbly unfriendly receptionist. Dirty coffee spoons in room (already used), and unwashed glasses. Food is nice and tasty, shower is decent, bed is not so good - quite cheap mattresses. Hotel looks ok, location is outstanding just staff is disaster. I had higher expectations about this place.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to stay on a very short notice at an airport hotel. Radisson was the one with the best price. Amazing rooms and amenities. The bathtub was a gift from heaven after an awful journey. Highly recommended!

Paula in the breakfast buffet was so sweet and helpful. I worked as a Cabin Crew and it's difficult someone will exceeded my expectations and I got surprised with her warm service. Since I arrived to the breakfast buffet she asked me how was my stay if I sleep well. I asked if the hot chocolate was with whippe cream and she asked the chef to do it. Everyone me and my crew was so Happy with Paula. I feel at home with her so warm. Thank you Paula for the wonderful experience.

Be aware if you need the shuttle service from the airport it can take forever! They dont have specific timing for the shuttle. Its a hotel with difficult access with public transportation. Uber at the airport is hard to get and staff makes you wait for the shuttle minimum 30-50 min all the time! Check for other hotels around the treatment to their guests should be better!

Lovely big quiet and clean room with blockout curtains. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to the airport and I used the shuttle of the hotel to get to the airport. Great breakfast with huge variety. Friendly staff.

Honestly the customer service at this hotel is by far one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, front front desk to catering. Highly recommended

Not the best Radisson Blue I ever stayed at. My room's carpeting had a few spots where there was a gap between carpet and floor/wall. Also, I immediately found a long hair on a bright surface in my room. There was also an issue with the check-in PC system and it took a while until they could take my security deposit. Breakfast quality was fine.

The hotel is overall very nice and comfortable. Particularly, the seating and dining areas are beautiful and freshly decorated. Our room was big and comfortable, but cleanliness was not up to standard. Possibly because cleaners are given way too many rooms to clean in a very short period of time, as it often happens in hotels. There was dust in a few places, the notepad was stained with coffee, the coffee facilities were slightly dirty (spoons) and disorganised. The pillows could be renewed.

👍👍 Located at Radison blue hotel this restaurant offers good options for dinner. They offer fish and meat dishes, also vegetarian options are available. The atmosphere is cozy, service very friendly. Prices are quite high, but they cope with the quality offered. We had a sweet potatoe soup, vegetarian...
