Products are easy to find and staff is very friendly and helpful. Went in to make a switch from skiing to snowboarding which left me with some questions and doubts, who've been answered by staff. Recommendable for fair prices (durability yet to experience). Parking is free for the first 2 hours and access to the shop from it is as easy as it gets.

Fine Decathlon with your average Decathlon level of service you're used to

The help of the vendor Victor in the "hiking department " was just perfect! Friendly, proactive, understanding and insightful. We wouldn't have bought those great backpacks without is help. It made us feel so happy and confident about our purchase.

According to the website of Decathlon a product I was looking for was in stock here. So I drove 50km just to find out it wasn't. Maybe make sure this stock keeping system is at least accurate if you show it to customers on your website? Luckily there are more sport stores located in this shopping mall..

We went to buy a bicycle. There was no one to help us, and when no made our voice we were told to stand in line. After 35 minutes we were asked what we wanted, we told them we chose a bike and like to buy we had to still wait in line for 15 minutes. When it finally was our turn, we were told we could pay for the bike, but not bring it home because it was too busy. So we waited in line for almost an hour, to pay for a bike... And we have to come back in a few days to pick it up. I understand it is busy. But this is crazy. The people who helped us were really nice, and tried their best with being understaffed.

Love this place everything in one place. Want a bike, skates, a Winter jacket, gloves.... They have it all. The perfect 1 stop shop.

Bought a fun tennisser as a gift. Succes. Was also looking for SI camping matres. Not found what was advertised.

a very convenient shopping place

Returning a jacket with a faulty zipper took around 20 minutes to get them organized. Treated unfriendly at the service desk, basically here's your refund and go away. Will not go anymore to this Decathlon, will see if I skip the store completely.

Large selection of stuff, but it feels more like a warehouse than a store. It's not hard to find, but it feels a bit too large scale. On the other hand, the prices seemed fine.

I gave my bike in for a flat tire and they did nothing for 2 whole weeks. When they told me to come pick it up they still had not fixed it and asked me to come back again the next day. Within 1 week I have another problem with the derailleur. Very unsatisfied. And every time I give one of my bikes in to fix something the next day or week I have another problem.

Nice and medium sized decathlon, the are one is bigger than this, Too busy in the bicycle section on weekends, otherwise there is a Mc-D for food and food express opens only after 16:30
