This makes travelling so much nicer and truly is a VIP service! The staff is super nice and will take care of anything you need! You'll get your own room to relax in and there are food and drinks. The border control will come to you to check your documents and eventually they'll drive you to the plane.

After VIP services confirmed with me orally everything by telephone, I book the rest of the trip, but when I make the online reservation on the VIP service at the end, they reject my request and deny the oral confirmation before. They ruin my trip and all arrangement.

If you like peace,quite,easy security check,seamless passport control, fabulous and spacious seating with no more than 5 people, a car to the plane...this is it.....you pay for a BC ticket and all airport lounges are full....this service can be used with economy, BC,1st class....if u have spare change this where I want spent it..

There was a slight miss-understanding which I then reacted on with a bad review, apparantly no one was allowed to apply for a spot, not only us :) I sincerely apologize. Recently made bookings for 3 holidays this year and all were accepted, I can remember that last time the service was great and the food was delicious, looking forward to seeing you guys again! Good food, customer friendly service, they handle everything for you and all goes well when traveling through the VIP centre.

Great service for a hassle free departure.

It was a great service from all of the staff. From the security down to those who usher you in and to those from the service points. The artistic design and furniture arrangements give a home away from home feelings. Nice place to unwind and prepare stress free.

This was sooo worth it!!! We will definitely use them again. Every airport should have this option. It takes the hassle off flying. Once our private driver dropped us off at their facility, we were met by a greeter and showed us to our private room where we were able to relax, order food, etc before our flight. The decor of the lounge was very chic and the whole staff was really nice and accommodating. We never had to stand in line for anything like you would in a normal airport. They took care of our luggage that had to be checked in, and then we went through their own private security before heading to our plane. They monitored our flight and updated us on any delays . Once our plane was boarding, a private luxury car transported us directly to our plane where we had to literally just go up the stairs of the plane.
