Environment was serene, complimentary breakfast was flexible, the room amenities were modern. The staff are super nice and the gym is functional. It was a really good stay.

The Addrex seeks to provide the amenities of any Western-style hotel. And in some ways they have been successful! The A/C is cold, the hot water is hot, but the food is less than average, the service is rather good at times but the internet access is awful. The hotel claims you can access it in your room. You can’t! They will even give you your own log-in and password. Both are a waste of your time! There doesn’t seem to be any solid connection between the restaurant and the front desk. The front desk will tell you the restaurant is “open”, when it is closed. In fact it is hard to predict when the restaurant is indeed open. One morning I asked them when the restaurant opened in the morning. They told me 6:00 AM. They were just opening at that time. I looked at my watch: it was 7:20 AM! Three other mornings I called a few minutes after 6 AM to place a breakfast order with room service. It was clearly evident I had woken this person up! A nd all three mornings she got my order wrong! They clean your room and bathroom each day, which is good, but the lighting in the bathrooms is terrible and the area rug in my room was filthy dirty (see photo). .The lone light in the bathroom is behind you and so if you want to shave your face or put on makeup, plan to be in the dark.

It was a very bad experience for me on Monday 17th January 2022 cuz 2 different staff's came to knock on my door in different occasion and dey could not wait for me to open d door and immediately dey open with their own key to enter my room while i was nacked i was so bittered that i had to report to d receptionist on d second attempt with that alone i will never step my foot into d hotel to lodge anymore cuz am not safe for a staff to knock and enter immediately means i can be sleeping and dey will enter and steal from me. U people need to fixed that or else customers will be afraid of coming to lodge, as for d pool bar dey attended to me very well and i enjoyed their service. Bye

Why una go take time to serve person food???? Like someone will order food by 10:30 and will be getting it by 12:30 the nxt day, are you guys that wicked?

They offer a spacious and exciting relaxation experience, away from the hustle and bustle of Aba.

I must commend the professional services of Addrex Hotel. Everything about their services is top notch. I happen to lodge there during my wedding and I had a splendid time with my friends and loved one.

The hotel requires urgent renovation of rooms and facilities in the hotel. The lift was not functioning, door locks in the room were broken. This used to be a nice place. I hope the management does something about it.

The owner is all out for business by the quality of structure. But the place lacks good management. It's gradually deteriorating. I doubt if there is a standard of operation in place.

The hotel has good customer service, polite workers , nice /functional gym, swimming is good . The food are very good. They should include toilet brush in each room .

This hotel is overrated, doesn't worth the money at all. The staff at pool side bar are so rude and the kitchen easily forgets customer order. Surprisingly some guys were smoking weed in one of the rooms and the whole lobby was messed up with the odor. The toilet door has to be lifted to be closed, hole on the toilet wall. Was told it was one of the best hotels in Aba but this hotel is just no where near the best, it is below average. No internet in this hotel for the 3 days we stayed here, the bathroom is a story for another day, the inside lock on my room door was broken ,meaning that anyone that has a spare key to the door could enter the room while you are there. Other than the security in the hotel, I would have given them zero star if possible. My children were so disappointed, there first experience in Aba. Was at the pool side with my children and some friends that visited when it started raining, the whole compound was flooded that we couldn't go back to our rooms because of the flood but after some hours the flood reduced to an extent that we could walk to us room without putting our legs in the dirty water.

Beautiful scene with good staff... The only short fall is that mosquitoes are a big issue. Doors are not mosquito proof so they come in at will

It's nice and beautiful, but the pool doesn't work. Full equipped gym. Love it!

Fair service, good food (particularly enjoyed the mashed potatoes and diced beef sauce)The rooms are sizeable however their doors need better locks. The front desk also needs to learn crowd control.

Addrex is unique, it is quiet and an awesome place to rest in a cozy environment. The staff here are reserved and well trained in discharge of their duties. I am glad about my experience here!
