Well it's a nice place, Rooms r cool, bathrooms/toilet 🚽 r disgusting 🤢... Absolutely terrible with dirt stains and leaking water and stained bath 🛀 tub with patched walls and open pipes..

I will not advise anyone to pay for the rooms here … very dirty…. Rats everywhere here need upgrade… mosquitoes will finish your life … no fan no stable electricity… I want to give zero star if possible

Orders take time to come. They never have change. Calls for fixes never get answered.

Fantastic service guys. I loved the simple and superb quality service.

They really need to get a maintenance manager to oversee the running of the hotel and ensure the rooms are really tidy and free from pest. Affordable rooms and good discounts too.

The hotel is too old and both Ac and socket was not working in about 3 rooms. Try improving. The new one is better but still need maintenance

CGH annex is cool, but you might want to be mindful of the night club,if you want quietness, but if you love the night life,then you'd love this place.
