😠 The worst walmart of existence. There's plenty of items that are labeled wrong, price checks that say they are there but are not or they are broken (I went to 4). Random items in the isles that don't get put away, especially the clothes/shoes sections.. I've seen spills with just a sign saying wet,... People often mention store, staff, checkout, Walmart, items, check, location, checkouts, customer, service,

The worst walmart of existence. There's plenty of items that are labeled wrong, price checks that say they are there but are not or they are broken (I went to 4). Random items in the isles that don't get put away, especially the clothes/shoes sections.. I've seen spills with just a sign saying wet, grab a mop.... there's never any grocery baskets around so you have to use a $1 cart. They now want you to bag your own groceries at a very small bagging area (because staff works soo hard.......) they are not equipped like say super store is for bagging your own. I wanted to check their prices of deep freezers but all the labels were wrong. Also wanted to check the prices of some home items but couldn't find a working price check. The whole store is just a mess. All the staff are literally the worst workers (slow & lazy). They have like 4 people working the self checkout pretty much doing nothing.. since we have to bag our own items at the tills or self checkout, it leaves more availability for the workers do to absolutely nothing. (Like hangout at self checkout..) I hate going to this location but the other one is farther away.

What a stupid Walmart. Stopped in a few weeks ago. Lineup at the one human cashier was at least 20 people long. Most self checkouts were closed. Only 4 were open and the line had at least 30 people in it.! Why have all those self checkouts and not use them?!?!?! We dumped our stuff in a random spot and walked out. Hire more human cashiers. Or at least open the countless self checkouts! Makes zero sense.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They stand there looking over your shoulder while speaking another language to each other. If you make a mistake, or ask for help, they will cancel your whole order and make you do it again. The managers are very unprofessional as well. I tried to have a conversation with a manager after having a horrible experience with a self checkout worker and all he says was “I will talk to him” as he is standing right beside him. I definitely do not recommend going to this location. It is dirty, price checks never work, never any staff to ask for help with items, and very unprofessional. If I could give them a 0 star, I would.

This walmart 3122 Mount Lehman rd location, right under High Street Shopping Center, is massive lots of space not that crowded, its quite a bit larger than the vedder way location. Underground parking to main entrance, there are alot more regular checks outs here. This Walmart location has absolutely everything you might need. There is tim hortons and mc donalds inside, also a grocery section. There is an escalator and an elevator to take you up to High Street.

No hand baskets because “they all get stolen and are expensive to replace”. Last time I checked Walmart made billions in profit, buy some hand baskets. Why have over 10 self check out tills but have only a couple open? Our absolute last resource to go. It’s gone so down hill, it’s very apparent that management is checked out and the staff don’t care. There is nothing positive to say about this store.

Been coming to this wal-mart for over 5 years. Over those 5 years I have noticed a huge decline in pretty much everything. Bought a ceiling light fixture and it had missing parts and crumpled manual as if it had been returned by someone and was just put right back on the shelf for sale. Management should be held accountable for a generally poor shopper experience. Not up to par with Canadian standards that is for sure.

The store has become increasingly dirtier and unkept recently. Self checkouts (not just this location problem) are NOT user friendly. The few employees trying to manage all the checkouts could not keep up with the checkout terminal problems. Walmart must know that self checkouts are costing them business. Some people won't grocery shop there anymore as the one or two human checkout lines are always long and the large self checkout areas are rarely open. It is not easy to self checkout 50 plus grocery items at a small terminal.

This is my ‘go to’ Walmart store but every once in a while they annoy me. They don’t update the sale pricing on their shelves so you think you are getting a sale price only to find out you’re paying full price at check out. They also have an annoying habit of frequently soliciting to try and sign you up for their credit card and not stacking hand shopping baskets at the front door. My other beef is that they force a line up at the self checkouts and refuse to open up additional self check out terminals that sit idle. When asked to open up the other terminals the response is they have insufficient staff to monitor the area but yet they have a group of employees at the exit conversing amongst themselves and seemingly doing nothing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in to buy patio furniture and spend a ton of money, but I didn't have any change on me for a cart. Asked customer service if they could assist me in getting a cart. THREE seperate employees said they could not help me. I had my two year old daughter with me who needed to sit in the cart as well. The answer was NO! I left. I'll take my business elsewhere. If you can not provide me a cart to put my items in, I guess my hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. You lost a customer who would have spent hundreds, all because a cart could not be provided to me.. insane.

This Walmart has groceries, which also means it has less of the general goods. Hey Walmart is Walmart, and this one has a McDonald's for the kids and a Tim's for you.

Quality of service has been degrading since past few months. At first, they had shortage of shopping baskets, then the store hours were reduced from 11pm to 10 pm. Now they have started to stop the cashier lines while customers are in the store. Are we expected to do work for walmart employees now by billing out ourselves? It’s ridiculous.

I had an issue with this company, but I am happy to report that it was resolved to my satisfaction. The staff was professional and efficient in addressing my concerns, and I appreciate the positive outcome. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this location. The cashier told us that I can go to customer service to have the security tag removed. But the customer service people told me that I just have to cut it at home. I told them that the cashier told me to go to customer service to have the tag cut but told me "they might have not known about it". This happened TWICE, good grief can customer service please improve to solve customers' complaints?

Last week around 10pm, I stopped at this walmart to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper, so I went into the store and grabbed a pack and went back to the bathroom. Two staff stopped me and I told them I planned on paying and I was not attempting to shoplift, and I would pay after. They told me that I needed to leave and behaved very rudely to me. I understand the concern for shoplifting, but that was not my intention and I made that clear. They said there was toilet paper in the bathroom, when I was in there and knew there was not, when I offered for them to go check they refused. I'm very disappointed and hurt.
