They close early but can't put up a sign. There is a line in the drive through. People working inside. They look open but refuse to serve anyone? Who's running this place?

Good location with friendly and helpful staff. Always quick and get your order right even when it's complicated; which is more than I can say for most of the coffee places in Abby. Keep it up!

Food/drinks were good as usual, they have their winter menu up now. Service was decent, they were quite busy so not a lot of time for pleasantries. I did have to wait quite a bit for my breakfast sandwich after I got my drink.

Took 15 minutes to get my coffee due to mobile order. Would of been quicker to use drive thru. Had multiple people making drive thru drinks but only 1 for in-store/mobile orders

Good place for a Starbucks. Unfortunately the food has been ok... My turkey sandwich tasted like overcooked turkey meat (it was a little overpowering) I ordered a coffee and they didn't have raw stevia so they gave me regular raw sugar which was fine. But I went to pour it in and the almond milk was not shaken before so it was all separated and curdled looking (even though I know its not) Was a little annoyed with spending my stars on that. Oh well at least I didn't pay for it, I guess?

Barista with red hair - Ordered a Double Smoked Bacon, package was wrong the girl noticed that before handing it to me, but still proceeded to give it to me knowing it’s wrong. I received some ham sandwich instead. Of course mistakes happen but I waited in line for 20 minutes and the order was still wrong. Please train your staff if they notice it’s wrong to still correct it.

A great coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere, and delicious drinks. To say that every Starbucks is the same is not true. Each branch has a new view, great staff, and a different spin on your favorite drink.

Drive thru can be long but the service is quick and they are always friendly

Nice store. Polite staff. Extremely busy. Walk in orders are terrible. I've been several times. Always waiting 15 to 20 minutes after ordering while 20 mobile orders pile up on the counter for people who aren't even there. Unless you are going to the drive thru or mobile ordering well in advance, don't bother.

I went here yesterday to get a coffee and the lady that took our order was SOOOO rude. I went to this Starbucks on may 16 at around 2:30pm. My boyfriend was ordering for us and the lady rushed the whole order, she said okay see you guys before I could even finish ordering my drink and didn't even wait for my bf to order his drink. We ordered my drink and right away again she said okay see you guys next window instead of the usual "is that all for you?". Mind you it wasn't even busy at all. we were the only car there. We pulled up to the window and my boyfriend said "hi there" to her and this older chubbier lady with multicoloured hair (pink and blue and blonde at the top I think) doesn't even say hi back, she just says "6.25" in a rude tone and hands us the machine and then proceeds to take the next persons order but to these other people she made sure to ask "anything else for you guys? and thank you see you at the next window". She saw my bf holding the machine waiting for her to take it from him and she just ignored him until she wanted to grab it. Didn't say a single word to us, hands us my drink and we take off. Not even a smile or thank you. Starbucks employees are usually the sweetest so this was odd. If you're so miserable, get a different job old lady. Also my drink was mostly milk, safe to say I went to another Starbucks and they remade my drink. Never coming back to this Starbucks.

Lady was so rude I think it was a manager she had a little bit of coloured hair or smt. I was waiting at 1 till no one was here btw, she completely ignores me until I realize. Better to stay on the other side of Abbotsford if you want Starbucks. The other employees were nice, just this lady was SO rude.

This Starbucks is a lot slower than the other Starbucks here in Abbotsford. Also the taste is a little off compared to others.

Can't say much about the food,, but rhe man loves the bacon and sausage and egg wrap! I just go for the coffee and refreshers! Service is always great here

Ordered some new drink barista the dirty blonde cure one making the drinks for dine in and take out gave me suggestions on new drinks to try and I will be back to that location hopefully she's working to make it

Every time I'm there, the staff have been friendly and engaging. It's tidy and just seems to have a happy atmosphere.

Wonderful staff, the coffee was , as always, excellent as was the gluten free egg bites and rice Krispy dream bar.

So kind here what's =) and if something is messed up or mistaken. (as accident ARE bound to happen. They are only human) They deal with it right away and get you what you are wanting no questions asked. And even offer to give you the "messed up" one instead of them tossing it which is very kind. Great staff =)

May 31st, around 10:14am... if you were working at this location at this time I have a question for you: did they hire only the happiest people in Abby? Literally everyone asked how my day was an genuinely seemed interested in the answer. I hope they all get amazing things in life cause they were just so kind. And I absolutely hate talking to people when I'm just purchasing something lol JULY 19/22 UPDATE: I came in again on this day and a wonderful human named Jessie made my day. She is so kind and caring...and honestly everyone there is. This place deserves some type of award for cheering people up

They're always so kind at this location. And very fast as well. Everybody that works at this store does such an amazing job. Thank you for always starting off my morning great. It's never the same experience when I go to other Starbucks locations ❤️❤️

I ordered a grande drink and there was at least over a inch of my drink gone for what? Oh that'd right whip cream. I would've ordered a tall drink if I wanted one. You guys are cheap.

Friendly and welcoming staff. They are knowledgeable and make the business a pleasure to visit for my morning brew .... And afternoon..... And evening 😅

I cant say more about the HUMAN's who work here, they definitely have made a change in my morning routine. It's one thing to have small talk at any other Starbuck's which I find more awkward and I feel like I drive away as if I shouldn't have been there in the first place. But this location has some of the most approachable, kind, Caring and funny people working the Drive through its always a good time and I leave feeling more bright-eyed and ready to take on the day. Don't go Changing them as they are the reason I come everyday, Starbucks needs to see this and understand that and remember the roots in which this company was developed its more about the consumer relationship over the Coffee.

Came in to get my sister’s free birthday drink and Barb, behind the counter was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. She offered no happy birthday to her, she barked at her that she needed to see her app, she was impatient.. she got another gal to come take over with our order and cut her off and talked down to her as well. Wouldn’t kill you to smile Barb. I feel for the staff that have to work for her.
