I gave two stars for the competitive prices. That’s the only positive point of the store. The shelves are not very well stocked. The worst part of the store is non existent customer service. I have experienced poor customer service at this store multiple times but choose not to write a review. However, today I have had enough. Asked an employee to check for a product and he never came back. And if you ask someone about an item, 90% of the time they don’t know where the product is located and they won’t even help you find it. I don’t expect them to know about all the products. However, how about a little effort to know your store better. On one occasion I found moldy tomatoes on the shelf (Picture attached). How can any employee let these sit on the shelf? They just don’t care and this will continue forever since they are busy regardless of the poor customer service.

The Canadian Superstore has always been my go-to grocery store for all my shopping needs. The prices are always reasonable and comes with great deals every time you come there. I like the meat, produce, and all the baked goods they carry fresh. They also have a good wine and cider selection in the few aisles dedicated to alcohol. The employees there work hard to provide a positive, yet helpful experience to the customers.

Was great. Tons of selection for pretty much anything you could want. Nice staff too. And there is a gas station there where you can collect optimum points as well, so double whammy on the points if you're a points person.

Beware if you add to your order after they have taken the initial amount + 25%. They will withdraw the adjusted amount (in full) + 25% without crediting the initial payment. They took $136 the first time, and I added paper towels. They took $148.. So I paid $274. I am out $136 on Christmas Eve, but as the manager at the Store said, "I don't work for the bank, what do you expect me to do"? How is it my bank's fault? Do they not have to instruct the bank to release the hold on the $136.They returned the $148 and took the new balance but didn't touch the initial withdrawal. BTW, they say that it is standard practice to take the money twice if you have added to your order. Merry Christmas

The Superstore is my go to store for groceries. I can always find a special plus they have a great selection of BC wines. Recommend their PC free-run brown eggs. Deliciously red yokes.

PC express is a very low standard compared to other stores. Wouldn't recommend. They've charged me twice 3 times and waited over 6 weeks to get a refund and you wait 30 minutes to get your order. Would have been faster to just go in

Unfortunately, I misplaced my keys at this establishment..fortunately, due to the exemplary customer service of Cathy(teller), Lesley, and Sonia...my keys were returned expediently...i appreciate the team at this location and felt they went the extra mile in assisting me today...while inundated with other customers..thanks guys! Professional, proactive and personable.

The store is absolutely filthy always filthy, especially today. It’s even worse you can’t even walk through the store. The floors are so filthy, covered and food and stains. It’s disgusting. The health department should be informed about that! I just came back from Mission superstore and it’s absolutely spotless. You could eat off the floor, it’s so clean. Management needs to walk around their store way more often n the elevator too!!! It’s a constant disaster of filth!
