This is a decent Mall, right downtown Abbotsford, lots of good clothing stores, the bay, no Walmart, bathrooms were clean, there seems to be a lot of security guards at this mall, mask Patrol I guess. They have a large food court good selection, they even have there own Seven Oaks liquor store right beside the food court. There is usally always parking available , there is a second floor with stores aswell. Mill lake is right behind the mall it's a beautiful Park.💯

A nice place to shop as it has a good cross section of stores to most people's needs. It is clean with plenty of free parking. The food court offers a variety of food and beverage choices.

Seems like this mall is on the upswing again. The last time I visited a couple of years ago, the mall felt deserted and dieing. I visited it again recently and it felt much more lively and busy, a nice improvement. Not many high end stores, but great place for the average person to shop for clothes and gifts.

Old dying mall it seems. Needs a face-lift. Some good stores but alot of meh. Some gems but really overall meh. Willowbrook in langley is much better (too busy) but much fresher better selection of stores. I like how quiet seven oaks is tho!

Yes , was a great day to be out.wasn't looking but , coincidence amazed me. There she was looking right at me. Attractive lady,, we both paused and acknowledged one another . Anyway...the reason being ,was with a friend . We went to Lids. He was picking out a cap. He got friendly staff, great service. I played some keno, from both ends of mall, some pre-paid visa and caught a cab with a few other. Describe my visit as personal , social , business.

Hours are dumb. Should close later in the evening so people who work 9-5 who aren't retired can go and enjoy. Open later and close later please. Also miss the dollar store that was in there and also miniso. Shops don't tend to stay around long that come in.

Clean and well maintained with plenty of parking. Useful mall with a variety of merchandise and services (electronics, sports equipment, books, greeting cards, casual wear, business wear, etc.). The Seven Oaks Shoppers Drug Mart seems to be the best supplied and most helpful drugstore in Abbotsford. Not enough stores for me to give it five stars.

Shopping mall providing almost all the brands for clothes shopping. It also has branch of multiple banks like TD and RBC. Retail shops available for mobile services and day to day shopping as well. Ample of free parking with nice little food court. Nice go to shopping place for people in Abby.

Love this mall! It has a great variety of stores, always clean and bright. Just big enough to offer all that you need but not super sized that it takes you all day. Great food court too!

Nice and clean Enough areas to sit and relax Lots of space, never feels crowded Usually one or two stores vacant Solid selection of stores. Some have been there for decades. Pretty hard to get lost Lots of places to park, assuming you don't mind walking a bit from the ends of the parking lot

A wonderful little shopping center in the Abbotsford area that houses a nice selection of stores, shops and eateries for any and all types who enter its doors. From clothing stores to fast food restaurants, this is a great option for those in the area looking to get their shopping done in one central location, over several isolated ones.

  • 4/5 Lindsey C. 4 years ago on Google
Its a good little mall, has all the basic stores one could need. Just wish that was a little more variety in stores types or at least more interesting stores. However not bad for that they have.

  • 4/5 Sandra G. 5 years ago on Google
Clean, usually safe, nice stores. There are several empty storefronts, but they are constantly upgrading things.

  • 3/5 Dave M. 3 years ago on Google
This place is dying. Empty closed stores and not so friendly people who are not shopping hanging out here. I really do hope for the best for this place as the shops that are still here are what keep me coming back and deserve the business.

I am wondering why, during thos time of self isolation , and no gatherings of people, the mall remains open You are putting a lot of people at risk during a time of national crisis for the c0nsumption of non essential goods I would appreciate a response.

Gearing up for Christmas. Like this place for a fresh Hoodie, or a great selection of Saxx.

  • 4/5 Iris T. 3 years ago on Google
The mall remains open with limited hours. Usually 10 to 6 weekdays plus Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sundays. Times are posted on all entry doors. Some businesses have closed but there are remarkably few empty spaces! Sears has left, but the space is now occupied by Ardene. HBC remains and offers excellent discounts. There are a wide of variety of outlets plus a Food Court with added seating nearby. A new coffee shop arrived recently and the gentleman in charge offers unique coffees with African beans! Delicious. Visit often - remember to wear your mask, use hand wash and practice social distancing. There is always adequate parking and the mall remains a comfortable place to visit.

A trip to the post office. Fantastic journey through the masked ones' territory. A sobering reminder of the before-times.

  • 1/5 Shane E. 3 years ago on Google
2nd visit in Covid times. 2 shop clerks were maskless, 2 maintenance workers had masks covering chins only. Food courts were full of maskless patrons. Big no thanks from me.

  • 4/5 Jillian C. 3 years ago on Google
Great stores, with great service in all of the ones that I visited. I was especially happy with the service received at Pandora. Lots of variety in stores, as well! My only complaint is that the food court was filthy. Not a clean table available at all, which is especially concerning during a pandemic. We bought our food before we realized the state of the food court, and had to take it to the car to eat it. 😢

It's time to redevelop this mall due to an undesireble presence. There is a large complement security detail. Two incidents ocured. First a store security guard was overpowered, the shoplifter leaving the store I ripped the bag from their hands return stolen mechandise. Today saw a skateboarder leave the mall cut a car off that car was entering the parking. Skateboarder yelled at the driver then used his skateboard striking the car. Driver got out skateboarder yelling confronting escalating. I got between them. Security was there the guard saw this happen too. The mall is regressing anchor tennant losses with many empty stores out of business. This mall is done good luck with redevelopment.

Mall is clean and has a few great stores. Parking is good as there is lots all around the whole mall that you can generally always find a spot with the exception of the week before Christmas ... lol. Food court has good selection of variety of foods. Bathrooms are clean every time I have had to use them and are situated in a couple spots throughout the mall.

Now it's like, I'll go to Starbucks, or I'll go to the mall or anywhere, and lots of people will recognize me, and I'm like, 'Oh, wow, this is actually a thing now; this is happening.' It can get a little bit crazy at times, but I love meeting people, and people shouldn't feel scared to come up to me and say 'Hi.' Doing a mall is not only construction of the physical place: what is important is the merchandising mix. We strive to serve the convenience of the public. We want shopping at our malls to be a unique and an enjoyable experience

I like that it never seems too busy at this mall, it makes it more enjoyable not being bumped while browsing. However, that being said, this mall could really use an influx of new stores and offerings. There is not enough variety of businesses, kiosks only seem to offer cellular services/items, the food court offers basic fast food. It's time for this mall to undergo a major overhaul.

No customer service centre in this mall anymore. My husband and I were wondering the entire mall trying to find it so we could borrow a stroller for our baby. Sadly we forgot ours at home, I realize that isn’t the malls fault HOWEVER, every mall including this one has strollers to rent for such cases.

The security guards that work here are super RACIST! The first time I visited, my phone died! So I was charging it in the “Starbucks” the whole time they stood across the way (Sports Check) and just watched me while talking down on me in there language… & giving me dirty looks East Indian people (not all) are pretty prejudice!!!!! Well, here it goes. Sevenoaks, the phone, tech and women's center. If your a man shopping for the woman in your life this is the place to go. If your shopping for yourself, don't waist your time unless you come with gold coins to purchase mediocre products with a name sewn onto it. My briefs needed to be replaced and instead of going to my local mall, like everyone else in the world, I was fortunate enough to find what I needed at my local grocery store. I don't know who the administration is, but I'm willing to fathom they are an extreme feminist group with a sprinkling of pimply faced geeks. In keeping with their non diversification, they signed London Drugs as a tenant also known for their tech, phone and women's products who will force smaller phone companies out as evidenced by the preemptive move by Chatr to Cedar Park Plaza. And then there is Shoppers Drug Mart who might not survive. Why am I hearing crickets. If I didn't drink, or my bank wasn't located here, I would have no reason to come here. My rating is 2 out of 5, to be generous.

  • 3/5 Mark Mark M. 1 year ago on Google
I go only when I have to. It's the bare minimum of a mall. It has variety. But why the **** does the Bay still exist. What do they sell? Moth balls? Needs something new. Like an underground aquarium like west Ed. And a roller coaster.

In the heart of Abbotsford, it's a good place to start shopping. From specials to T.V's, to kitchen knifes and hair cuts, and a food court that isn't half bad it's not that bad of a mall.

There is a nice variety of clothing stores for different age groups and budgets, as well as a bank, food court, Starbucks, Purdy's Chocolates, drug stores, etc. (This mall is also a good solution for a place to meet one's steps quota on a rainy day.)

I recently visited Sevenoaks Shopping Centre, and while it served its purpose as a shopping destination, I found it to be just an average mall experience. While it had its fair share of positives, there were also some areas where it fell short of expectations. One of the highlights of Sevenoaks Shopping Centre is its convenient location. Situated in the heart of the city, it is easily accessible and offers ample parking spaces. The mall is also well-maintained, with clean and tidy corridors and public areas. The interior design is pleasant, albeit lacking in unique architectural features that would make it stand out from other shopping malls. The variety of stores available at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre is decent, but it is by no means exceptional. The mall offers a mix of popular retail chains and smaller local shops, providing a range of options for shoppers. However, there is a noticeable absence of high-end or luxury brands, which may disappoint those seeking a more upscale shopping experience. Additionally, while the mall features some dining options, the selection is relatively limited, and there is a lack of diverse culinary choices. Another area where Sevenoaks Shopping Centre falls short is its entertainment offerings. While it does have a cinema, it lacks additional attractions or recreational activities that would enhance the overall experience. The absence of a dedicated entertainment zone or unique features for families and children makes it a less compelling destination for those seeking a comprehensive shopping and leisure experience. One aspect that could be improved upon is the customer service. Although the staff members were generally friendly, I encountered a few instances where they seemed disinterested or lacked knowledge about the stores and services. Prompt and helpful customer service can greatly enhance the overall shopping experience, and this is an area where Sevenoaks Shopping Centre could make improvements. In terms of affordability, Sevenoaks Shopping Centre offers a decent range of prices. While some stores may be more expensive than others, overall, there are options available to suit different budget levels. Additionally, the mall frequently runs promotions and sales, allowing shoppers to find good deals and discounts. In conclusion, Sevenoaks Shopping Centre provides a satisfactory shopping experience without offering any remarkable features that would set it apart from other malls. While its location and cleanliness are definite strengths, the lack of premium brand offerings, limited entertainment options, and inconsistent customer service prevent it from being an exceptional shopping destination. If you're in the area and in need of some retail therapy, Sevenoaks Shopping Centre can serve its purpose, but don't expect anything beyond an average mall experience.

It's a mall. It's not horrible. Decent store selection and pretty quiet. It's a mall. I've been in worse. I would go back.

My daughter and I went to Viva la Rose to exchange her bathing suit top. She purchased it about a week eailier . when we arrived the store it was buisy but the staff were helpfull and let her pick a replacment, although unable to find a replacment my daughter was given the full return price and she purchaced the suit as with a discount on the second piece of the suit . With the quality as your guide and spicific asortment of under garments and bedroom attire avaliable. If your willing to pay the money your experience I hope will be as good as ours was.

Wish it had some higher end stores like Nordstrom Rack (although I’ve heard it’s now defunct), Aritzia, Urban Outfitters… but still has the oldie but good culprits: The Bay, Bath & Body Works, The Gap… so I I’m not that unimpressed!

It's a nice mall with many shops. Unfortunately the day I went to visit was a holiday and none of the shops opened up the time they were supposed to. Instead, it was an hour later.

It's a great mall. It's not huge, I'd say medium sized mall, all indoor shopping, store variety covers all the bases; like, there really isn't anything you couldn't find here. Maybe you couldn't find a car engine, but there's a Best Buy so who knows? Awesome food court with ice cream vending machines (heck yeah). Once in a while you might see a thief being chased through by security (so, entertainment included if you're lucky). Yeah. I love this mall.

I wish Abbotsford had a decent mall. This one is dated and doesn't have a very good selection of stores. Other than that, it seems clean and safe. The security guys are good at their jobs and treat less fortunate members of our society with respect, which is how it should be. Other security companies should take note. The bathrooms were clean. The food court has a decent selection, and is also well maintained. There's a Sportchek, and a Bestbuy. There's also some new construction that's just finished that's now open.

Had an old man try to run my partner over with his electric scooter. He then mumbled racist slurs under his breath. My partner and I are Caucasian. Went to mall security to ask for help and they went and "talked" to the old man. My partner and I left as it is 2023 and this shouldn't be happening. Mall security called me saying the old man was apologetic and didn't mean any harm and was trying to get past us. Didnt know racism could be excused in 2023.

This mall has a strange layout we got lost a couple times. But it was a great way to kill an hour before the hockey game. My son loves the play area, even though it was empty and all it was were mats on the ground he played his heart out.

If I were to think of a good shopping mall that is quiet, has a warm atmosphere and feels safe the entire time I'm in the mall (not counting outside because it's close to the central bus station, it might be a bit chaotic). This is a place that has everything you need (except for vehicles) and all products are full of quality and a variety of food (I recommend trying Thai food, especially the chicken is delicious). Traveling here is very convenient because there is a lot of parking and can travel by many bus lines. The mall is very clean and the staff provide excellent service. The mall's simple layout makes it easy to find the stores you're looking for, suitable for all ages. It's the perfect place for rainy days and you need a place to escape from the rain and want to find something to eat or shopping.
