Writing this because it might save a life. I had the worst hospital experience in my entire life at Beachland. There is definitely a disconnect when it comes to record keeping, I had to explain my condition and medical history each time I got there, and there is a likely hood that you will be meeting a different doctor each time you visit, so be ready to always start afresh. This lack of proper documentation cost me two children at once. They also have a thing for transferring patients when you are quarter-to-dead, after walking in with your two legs, and they could have transferred you early if they knew they could not manage your condition.

It's an okay Hospital. Their response to emergency situations switches depending on the personnels on duty, sometimes it may be quick sometimes it may be delayed. They've about 5 consulting rooms. If you ever need to see a Doctor you may have to wait longer than you expected cause there will surely be people that are been responded to. Their staffs are okay too, some of the Nurses care about your wellbeing, but their response times isn't just anything to write about in 5 out of 10 cases.

Beachland Specialist hospital is one of the few in the area. Their customer service is not slow at point of admission. Their follow up on in patients/admitted is poor. Their doctors are knowledgeable but there is a system disconnect in service. The patient must be ready to do a lot of things as well as follow up by him/herself. The owner should look into service delivery and follow up.. Effective patient management system is required. A lot is left to chance and the patient. It is like serve yourself. I will be back to rate you better in a few weeks time if any change is made.

They are time wasters. Very sluggish service. I was here three times and for the three times, it took me more than 3 hours before I could get the chance to meet with the doctor. I'm here again this morning (7am), I'm the only patient in the reception waiting to see a doctor and yet, I still have to wait at the reception for more than one hour. It's a terrible service. You'd waste a whole day at the hospital just because you want to treat headache.

The first hospital I will visit that doesn't give priority to little children. Brought in my 11months child I have to wait over two hours to have her attended to. met with the front desk and was told the line is been followed, even for na 11months. I won't recommend this hospital for someone who need swift service. Few doctors. Its a no no !!!!

The department in charge of HMO here is rubbish Zero attitude to people, good at wasting one's a time They won't attend to one claiming they are busy

Wash hand basin installed outside with water but the hand dryer wasn't walking and no sanitizer in place. The hospital is quite dirty. The cleaners were not proactive enough to clean out dirt; empty bottles on the floor, a different patient's used plaster lying on one of the side drawers beside another patient, dirty floor, even the side drawers look uncleaned. The nurses couldn't simply direct guests to the right room until we had walked almost the entire facility and had to call the patient. No proper coordination. A patient that got admitted around 10am in the morning and was on injection and drip wasn't not served his meal until we asked around 3-4pm.

Awesome hospital.. Timely response. Good wards. Friend personnel. Professional staffs. Well equipped labs and scan room. Couldn't have ask for more.

This hospital needs to be closed down. If you want a dead patient, then they are the go to guys. Always non challant from the reception to the doctor and to everything. I went there with an emergency, it took us 25 before we could even see a doctor at all. The doctor ah, another story. Never ever will I step my leg here.
