No better place to have your natural hair attended to than at O'Naturals. Half of the time, I fall asleep in my chair. The stylist pay proper attention to the hair and you leave feeling pampered.

So far so good there's been a lot of improvement with customer service. The front desk personnel is now more receptive and helpful. Their staff are also courteous and patient. They take their time to ensure your hair is properly attended to and to give you the desired result. One reason why O'natural stands out amongst other natural hair saloon is that they are genuinely concerned about the health of your hair. They are not all about selling you their products and will readily give you tips on maintaining your hair through the cheapest means possible. One thing is certain about this place which is, if you stick to them, in no time your hair length will improve and so will the healthiness of your hair. People often ask me what product I use for my hair, why is my hair so soft, and long, e.t.c well I always point them to O'natural. These people make natural hair journey less painful and stressful. I will recommend them anytime. N.B They also attend to individuals with permed hair.

I love O'Naturals!!!!!!! I remake my hair here every two weeks. The customer service is amazing. They have experienced hands and make neat and beautiful hair! Although it's pricey as making your natural hair is priced at #5,000 and above depending on the hairstyle. Although I always have issues with selecting hairstyles because they do not have a catalog of hairstyles to pick from so you have to figure out what you want them to make which can be tiring as I feel a natural hair salon should have catalogs for hairstyles. They sell amazing hair products from local hair product producers which is amazing because they are supporting local products. Overall, great service, supports local and amazing hair products, great stylists but poor access to hairstyle catalogs

Not, hijab friendly they have a private room which is 5k to use, would be better if they could have a privacy screen, they did everything to accommodate me though my stylist was really nice. service is really good though and they are very friendly

My time at the salon was amazing, the customer service was top-notch. They deliver service that is absolutely worth your money, they listen and follow your specifications and preferences. This was my second time visiting and I was really impressed. It is an excellent place to mke your regular salon.

2ce I’ve been there in the last year and my experiences were bad. I think that O’naturals is no longer what it used to be. This is my own personal experiences at their Ogudu salon. 1. The ambiance is not welcoming at all 2. I don’t think that the stylists understand care for relaxed hair. I lost 4 inches of hair after the stylist who I specifically told to detangle my hair before wash didn’t listen and after wash it took 4 stylists and myself to detangle my hair. Very bad experience. 3. I requested for a deep conditioning treatment and the products which I am paying for wasn’t enough. I complained that about it but the stylist didn’t listen and was going to send me under the steamer with dry hair. I literally had to go request for more products myself 😰😰 After this power went out and the stylist said well there’s no light so you’ll have to go home wet hair 🤦🏽‍♀️ Guess what I was charged for the full service. Before, I would swear by O’naturals. But now, I believe they’ve lost their touch. So never again!
