The rooms are okay with an average service. Quiet environment in a good location but with limited space within the environment.

It was a wonderful experience... They have 24/7 light supply... The rooms are clean and comfortable with internal amenities intact.. Their food is tasty and nice but a little bit pricey šŸ˜‰

Was booked to stay at the main hotel but somehow, I was moved to the annex. The annex doesnā€™t smell good. The room I stayed looked dirty and obviously needs thorough cleaning. Was eventually moved to the main hotel, which is quite better. Service charge for average things is outrageous. I feel 1k is too much to use the microwave. 1k was also charged to iron clothes (not wash and iron ooo, only to iron). For the complimentary breakfast, you have to chose between tea and water, which I believe is very bad. Tea and water is always served with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is also way too smallā€¦like theyā€™re mincing food. The staff are however courteous Electricity and water were almost 24/7 Overallā€¦I will give a 4 starā€¦and that would be down to the courteous staff

It was a nice stay. Their facilities worked. The workers are very nice. The cheapest room is 22k. The only downside was they do not allow food or drink from outside. Their cheapest food however is 4K.

Quiet place and nice location but VERY poorly planned, and 3 times more experience than it should be. It's clean and cool. I had a tiny Deluxe room that shouldn't have cost more than 10k at N27,000. That's a lot for a room where you could almost touch each wall by stretching your hands, and a tiny partition not more than 3x3 feet for a bathroom. I felt robbed

First Iā€™ve to commend the staff of the hotel (except for one lady and I didnā€™t even get her name). Every one of them was courteous and hands on. Always available to attend to any inquiry or request. A big thumbs up to the Operations Manager, Omowunmi and her colleague, Rachael. I was there for two days for a training and I loved what I saw. Services was great, Olajumoke at the restaurant was welcoming and very polite. I loved all their food, a big well done to the kitchen staff too. The room was okay, stayed in the Classic room. The shower didnā€™t work, had to be given a bucket. The heater worked perfectly and that was a plus considering it was a rainy weekend. Iā€™ll give them a 4-star. Some things could be improved on.

Celia's suites is located in a superb area part of Abeokuta, with good security measures in place. For me, though, the rooms are kind of small, and there are no parking spaces if you intend to take your car.

Didnā€™t get free breakfast and they didnā€™t call my room. Rooms are okay, experienced water outage once. All in all itā€™s a decent hotel.

Lovely place. I enjoyed the service and the rooms are appropriate for the price. Best to contact them to book ahead. You won't regret it.

The hotel is in a nice location. That's the only thing good about it. Their rooms are overpriced compared to their quality. The customer service is VERY poor. The workers made rude faces and acted like I was stressing them out whenever I requested anything. Their rooms are small. The bedcovers in my room were barely white. My room had tons of mosquitoes. I told them to fumigate the room, and they never did. They only thing they were concerned about was getting money for every single thing. The gym was abandoned. I managed to use the treadmill and asked the receptionist in that area to get me a towel. He boldly told me that the manager said there were no towels and asked that I use the "only one" towel in my room. I was shocked. 7am and breakfast was not ready. The kitchen staff seem unbothered too. The spaghetti I had was full of pepper. I ordered yam in the evening, and they told me it was for breakfast only. LMAO!!! These are unserious set of people. Don't bother to eat their food anyway. The quality was bad. The first day I came, I recall the available kitchen staff giving me a plastic spoon when I requested for a spoon. Please, who gives a guest plastic spoons to eat with? Maybe it's because I checked in with the food I travelled with. She brought the spoon upstairs (after a long while) and was casually peeping into my room, asking if their plates were in there. I had to ask her what she was doing. Either the manager or owner of this hotel is very stingy, or they employed an unprofessional and untrained set of people. I AM NOT GOING BACK!

This is a highly recommended hotel in Abeokuta. It has a safe environment and serves incredibly delicious food. However, it's important to mention that the portions they serve are relatively small. Nonetheless, the hotel provides an enjoyable experience and the food is of excellent quality, despite the smaller portion sizes.

The hotel is a nice place to be, situated at the well organised GRA. But the services of the restaurant workers are noting to write home about. They need improvement on the way of treating customers.

Since I had been there a couple of years before, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, as with some small businesses, maintenance had become an issue. Rooms and facilities were filthy, not having been cleaned despite our booking ahead. Left over drinks from previous guests were left in the fridge and droppings from roaches were in the room corners. Although the rooms were eventually cleaned up after we complained. This was the ambassadorial suite! Terrible experience.

It is an amazing place. I definitely will visit again. The services were warm. I only had issues with the food (the breakfast) served but the food I ordered from the restaurant was good.

It is situated in a serene environment inside the Ibara Abeokuta GRA. The staff are cultured and friendly. The hotel is not that big but condusive.

Celia Suites is very nice, secure and in a very quiet and serene environment. The workers at this establishment do a very great job in making your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. From the receptionists, to the laundry and the kitchen, they all would go out of their way while staying in there (saying this from my personal experience). The customer service is top notch.

It was a wonderful stay for me throughout my almost two weeks of stay at Celia's. The staff are super nice and respectful. I stayed a night in the Deluxe but I didn't like it because the room looked small and the bathroom was quite old. The shower head and the shower casement were both very old for a #26000/night room. However, the room next up (#28000/night) was better. AC worked nice, the bathroom was far better and hot water worked perfect. Generally, the property is well maintained, but maintenance can be better given how highly Celia's Suites is rated. Lastly, compared to other hotels around, the price is quite affordable. I will just like to see more maintenance going on around the old Celia's building. Malfunctioning shower-heads & stuck shower doors, for example, shouldn't be difficult to fix to maintain the good image for which this place is known. Overall, it's an enjoyable stay for me and I will stop again anytime I am in Abeokuta.

I gave CS 4 Stars ā across board as they have welcoming workers (maybe I was only fortunate to meet the good ones though šŸ˜œ) but their rooms are neat & services efficient

Clean, serene and safe. One of the few hotels in Abeokuta that offers value that actually matches the amount spent.
