Really great experience. At first when they told me I couldn't use my own products, I was irritated. However, I let them do their thing and my hair felt loved. So thanks to Felicia for being tolerant. :)

Great experience, great customer service, a bit pricey... However, they close early (5;00pm) and this isn't convenient for 9-5 workers.

I give it 5 stars because of their quality of hair service. They can improve at the reception area. Customer care training is needed for the girls. The manager is wonderful. They should also keep their phone on. Hair service is great. Go there and splurge on yourself because they ain't cheap.

A place to get your natural or relaxed hair done, good stylists available but service is mediocre, seemingly same hair treatment for everyone, nothing adapted or customized to your particular hair type or need.
