This bridge was constructed to mitigate the previous challenges experienced on this axis ranging from frequent railway usage to high influx of commuters from both Lagos and Ogun state… The bridge connects you from Agege and Ogba axis to Capitol road and Iyana Ipaja axis … You can easily get buses going to some important places in Ogun state such as Agbado, Oke Aro and Akute.

Pen Cinema has won a new look and its metropolitan outlook is exquisite. However, parking spaces are not enough. There is the need to work on that to ensure it is at par with other city centres in the world.

Be alert and watchful especially when it is getting dark. Louts move around in groups to "obtain" pedestrians and take any opportunity with car owners too. Under the bridge is always busy, both the Iju road end and the abbatior road end. There's a police station at the Iju/Pen Cinema end that tries to enforce law and order. The traffic lights ensure some traffic orderliness but installation of cameras will do more to maintain law and order while enforcement also needs to be strengthened. The railway crossing for pedestrians is nothing to write home about. No proper platform for crossing the rail line. The steps made by locals are a huge trip risk. People with mobility issues should just forget about crossing. It will be a nightmare for them. Worse hit are load bearers (aka alabaru or wheelbarrow pushers), there is no plan for crossing for them.

A lovely bridge built by Lagos State government during Gov. Ambode era/tenure to ease the gridlock of traffic experienced in that axis. Good to note the traffic lights too to control motorists. And the police station post as well for the security of persons, business areas around that perimeter.

The new/modern Pencinema is designed with the flyover bridge that greatly helped to ease the movement of people, vehicle and train around the area. Though it came at a great cost to residence and marketers within the area. It is now a beautiful area to behold. It has even become more develop.

Its a major Bus Terminus for both local and regional trips as well as a main food stuff market. Its quite busy and vast. The railway line is close by and at a point runs through the market. This should be made tidier and well lit.
