It's one of the cleanest gyms around. The showers, weight room and aerobic rooms are all well kept. There are lots of machines to take care of different muscles of the body. If you want to keep fit and you live around Ìlúpéjú axis, then Prof-Fit is the place for you. Parking is limited and can be very challenging when the gym is full

My search for affordable and worldclass fitness facilities around Lagos mainland and Ilupeju axis took me to Pro-Fit Gym & Yoga Centre Lagos. The gym is very neat and they have gym instructors from India and Nigeria with Yoga studio, billiard room, massage room etc. They also have sauna room although I haven't used it before now. Having used the gym regularly for more than a year, I would say the place is amoung the best options available in the neighborhood. The trainers are knowledgeable and the equipment is versatile. You could see that the place is popular as it runs full most of the time

Fitness for all

This seems like the first real dedicated fitness center to exist in Ilupeju in a while. Even though there are other centres around that provide gym facilities, Pro Fit offers fuller fitness services to patrons. It is located on one of the popular streets in Ilupeju with high human and vehicular traffic so visibility is high. There's parking in front of the center as well as on the Sura Mogaji side of the building.

It is really affordable, the gym instructors are top notch. It opens from 5:30 am to 10:00pm Monday to Friday, then Saturday 8:am, Sunday 8:00 am to 2pm

I have never been into fitness for many years so I was a little nervous but joining Pro-Fit Fitness and Yoga center helped me to transform myself in my way. As i am a”NO DIET” person but with an extremely experienced and professional team they help me reduce approximately 8-10kg of my weight. Well I now know, a new ME. The experience is over the top everyday The trainers have more knowledge, and ways to pump you up in your work outs, I cannot explain. The whole crew there is awesome. Friendly and help you in anyway needed. From yoga, to kickboxing, to weightlifting and many more classes available. They can provide an ultimate experience for anyone. The Gym is Situated on Coker Road ,it has a good view and very serene Environment with Car park and Excellent Machines
