It's the King of Sagamu's palace. It has a spacious air conditioned hall for rental.

Ita Oba means the "outside/compound of the king". This is where the palace of the Akarigbo of Remo Land is situated. There is a round about there and riders/drivers should be careful navigating around ita oba because there are 2 one-way road beside the palace.
