Very nice place for buying all the house holds items

It took many years since this popular complex was established.. Big size supermarket with planty of goods. Has a small food court. Spacious parking lot. All goods here are in reasonable prices compared to th Markets of Bahrain. Here you can buy groceries, tools, ceramic products, furniture, fresh foods, perfumes and cosmetics, electric and electronics goods., etc.. I really can't describe how much this complex is convenient for shopping

Ansar gallery is an awesome place where you have a lot of offers. you can buy anything in a cheap rate / at reasonable prices. There is a wide variety of food items, toys, furniture's etc. You also have a play area in the ground floor which has limited game but kids have a fun time there also the rate of each game is 100 fills only !!!. There r few things at ground floor which r of reasonable prices. At cloths section there r awesome variety of clothes especially of women cloths. There's good stationary stuff, school bags, creative stuff,etc. You can afford a lot of things here. I recommend you all to visit here. 👌🏻👌🏻

Ansar Gallery is generally a very good supermarket. It offers a wide range of products, and you can find almost everything you need under one roof, which is very convenient. However, we have visited the store several times during different promotional events, and there are some issues that happen repeatedly. Most of the time, the promotional items are already out of stock by the time we arrive. Additionally, customer behavior during these promotions can be quite unpleasant and chaotic. During our last visit, we spent around 30 minutes in one of the promotional sections, but there was no staff present to assist or manage the area the entire time, which was disappointing. We hope the management at Ansar Gallery takes steps to improve stock availability and ensure staff presence during promotions to make the shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable for all customers.

One of our favorite supermarkets! We do most of our shopping here regularly, and the experience is always great. The store is well-organized, clean, and offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended for your daily needs.

The staff didn’t give us the shoe box that we took. When we asked them about it, they both immediately said no, without checking, there was no box for it. When in fact there were boxes and they didn’t even bother to check it themselves. The guy even accused another little boy sitting nearby (prob waiting for his parents or company) for the open box he saw on the floor that no one knows who left it open. The staff seems to have lack of management training esp in customer service. For this, we hope the management focuses on this kind of service since people patronize them.

The after sales service is very bad. They took 10 days more, after the promised date, to deliver the Safa and also the workers fixed back legs in front and front legs in back. I had complained 3 times to rectify it but until now they did not do it.

Their after-sales service is extremely poor. The team is uncooperative, difficult to reach, and they consistently fail to meet delivery schedules. There is also a clear lack of oversight and follow-up on their part.

Can i rate negative for the worst experience … i mean from cashier to the cashier in-charge horrible behavior . They should really teach their employee customer service and specially how to provide proper information.. instead of scamming the customers .. worst experience .. specially the gaming section

I want to share my experience with Ansar Gallery Supermarket. Despite having "Supermarket" in the name, it was actually a very disappointing place. I bought some electronics there, but the quality was very poor. Additionally, at the counter, they charged me double or even triple the actual price during checkout. 😞 I don't understand how they can do this to customers. I definitely won't be going back again.

I've been shopping here for over 5 years, big selection of products, often sales but the personel is very under trained. In the case of returning an item, you don't get cash but store credit. Please be aware when returning an item that you won't get cash/refund for it.

I would suggest everyone not to buy Ac from ansar they are fraud i bought 3 items from them washing machine sharp AC and freezer I keep on saying them that AC is not cooling and its 2ton they keep on sending people from out source and saying its cooling fine We brought someone from outside to check They inform that this AC is not 2 ton and there is not filter and there was no gas Very disappointed be loyal with your customers. Dont play with them they trust you.
