This place if you are looking for affordable items you can go there. Stuffs here are not so high quality and it depends on what you buying. I’ve personally got few items here that are still good. Like I said it all depend on what you buying. If you accidentally break an item here you will be asked to pay for it. It happened to me. Customer service isn’t great so limit your expectations.

I won’t give it 5 because the customer service is poor, but the products and items and prices are reasonable. It has everything you need under one roof, even food/ groceries. I prefer this one to the one at west hills mall even though that is closer.

Shopping at China Mall is the best. They have almost everything one need to design their house from kitchen carbinet, furniture etc. Prices of goods are affordable too and location is just on the road side which makes it easy to find.

Filled with loads of affordable/cheap items from decor, homeware, glassware/plates/cookware, & even food. Quality is exactly as you’d expect for the price you’re paying. They take all forms of payment.

Whilst prices are reasonable here, their customer service sucks. Be careful not to consume any foreign item in store so you don't risk being accused of stealing. I would also advice the stores management to look into the functionality of the cctv system.

There are 2 China Malls on the Spintex Road. This one seems to have the same items as the one nearer to the entrance coming up from the airport and a few other things it does not. Like I was looking for large size white boards and could not find them at the one nearer to the airport. But here I got it. Both China Malls have interesting hardware sections which is what attracts me to China Mall. They also have low cost home accessories like ceramic plates and things of that nature at moderate prices (though Melcom is still cheaper) by comparison, but between China Mall and Palace Mall, it seems China Mall has lower prices overall. Still. China Mall is a good place to buy things for your home with a large selection of items to choose from ranging from office supplies to pillows and sheets, juice, etc.

China mall is quiet a large shopping mall with wife variety of products from fresh produce, to home appliances, etc. Chins mall is situated within a busy shopping complex, and the shopping experience is excellent. Pricing are quiet expensive on some selected items, and you might want to avoid rush hours like weekends and special holidays.

Pros: great prices and extremely helpful cashiers like Sheba and Pearl. Cons: If you ask 5 out of 5 employees on the shop floor whether they have something in stock or sell some item, they will tell you they don't. Then you walk a few feet and the item they said they don't sell is right there. Or they will tell you they dont know and just keep walking. Most employees there are very lazy and can't be bothered. They just walk around aimlessly.

Went to purchase a tool for preparing fish and saw a whole array of products from stationery to electronic. We went in search for a bowl to cover food that is to be preheated in a microwave. We didn't get this product as the attendant informed as that they don't have some in stock but we were directed to their second shop on the spintex road.

Time seems to go really fast when you're here because there's tons of goods to checkout from dozens of manufacturers. First time visiting the spintex location and it was a good experience. Good customer service and great discounts. However the washroom smelled terrible!! If they work on that, I think it will give people a better experience.

Amazing collection at great prices, Never seen so many unique items tempting me to buy them all at once. When you think you've seen all there is to see, ask to go to the first floor and get lost in another dazzling set off articles. Damn! those staff they've got there are friendly and helpful. Go there as a family and I assure you every one will get something that intrigues them for a while.

You can literally find everything you need in this shop but don’t except 90% of their staff to have half the brain of what customer service is about. The service is progressively poor and their management don’t seem to care either. Doesn’t matter what time of day you show up - first thing when the doors open or last customer, you’ll be greeted with the rudest welcome 😩😆. Quite sad honestly and can’t wait for another shop with a similar concept to open with exceptional customer service! Accra needs this

Good place to shop. Customer service however isn't as great as one would hope for. Many of their items do not have price tag. Some of those who do are not up to date. I remember taking a tool box to the checkout only to find out the actual price is almost twice as high. Apart from that and a few other things. It's OK. Just be ready to buy what you want at any price or check with the checkout counter before paying.

Bad experience. Looks like they're closing up. Empty shelves everywhere and the people working there say out of stock no matter what you ask for. Guess its easier than leave the phone alone 2 minutes to help customers. They tried selling me a storage drawer for 850, but it was locked and keys missing. They said they give discount 20 cedi because of the missing key. Like I need a drawer I cant open. If you want to go to China mall I recommend amasaman. They have great customer care, good service, and filled shelves.

The prices of goods are moderate. I will buy certain items there not all. The place doesn't look like a mall as it says in it's name. It looks like a warehouse. Hot and no light in some of the ailes. The washroom has only two rooms and same for both men and women. The two rooms not enough with the number of shoppers in there everyday. I saw some people outside waiting their turn. When i got home and was cross checking the items on my receipt i saw some anomalies. I advise all customers cross check everything before leaving the shop. China mall can do better in terms of the environment.

Always been here for my shopping when traveling along the Spintex road. It's a very busy place all the time. Wide variety of items at affordable prices. Cool environment and fine reception and service. Wish they had a natural flower shop inside like some of the counterparts have done. There's a great potential and flavour now for plants and flowers and they will be overwhelmed if they did that.

Very bad management service ... could care less if you buy or not...Asian Managers played on phone most of the time I was trying to get clarity on why my card was processed twice?..I got empty stares from the manager and the sales clerk received no kind of help from anyone..like the Asian owners did not care to offer good service...not the Asian way .The products here all seemed to be knock offs and poor quality...I had purchased a toilet seat and in 2 days the top of the holding screw top broke off.Very cheap plastic.

Parking space too small, security at the parking space is very low, even no one guides you to park well. Items in there are well arranged but some price tags are missing, cashiers will ask for tip, in general it’s a cool place but because of traffic on that stretch check Google map before you set off else you might regret going.

They have quite a spacious place to display different products from shoes for all ages, LED Displays and TVs, beverages, eatables, room decor, etc. One of the best things about this place is the moderation of the prices for various grades and qualities of products.

This is one place u'll most probably find anything you need, and a lot of things u didn't even know you needed. Electronics, home and gardening, furniture, party items, underwear, shoes, etc, I mean anything. All the items are china made so there might be a little question about quality. They have a large parking lot, delivery for the furniture and really fast checkout. Definitely a great place to shop.

A massive warehouse turned into a shopping centre which is well situated along the Spintex Road. One can find good deals and variety of products ranging mostly foreign and few local household items. Payment options: Mobile money POS - Visa, Mastercard... Cash Ventilation: The massive warehouse is not completely sealed off. From my observation, the space has about 70% Air-conditioning at the shopping aisles and warm air through the tiny windows close to the ceiling when checking out. I can't speculate why but one thing is clear, just go in with a plan to shop quickly and checkout. Overall, I was impressed with the service, cost and products variety.

The China mall we know is no more. The prices here have sky rocketed. I know things are hard but you can't compare to the open market. I visited the place yesterday and I shared the views of other shopper that their prices have increased.. Also it seems there is a price variation amongst the various China Malls eg. Spintex and Ashaiman.. I think it should be standardized.. The dollar rate is dropping so kindly review and reduce your prices.

The workers don't seem to know what's going on in the shop when you ask for help finding items. If your hand bag is medium/large they ask you to leave it in a locker at the front, or sometimes they search your bag and allow you to enter, which I think is stupid and invasive. They also search your handbag and your shopping bag (which is normal for Ghana) when you're leaving. It's an overall unpleasant shopping experience. I only go there when it's absolutely necessary.
