Rubbish! Cabin pressure was down and I nearly fainted on board. There was a real big argument when boarding, even though I paid extra to reserve my seat, someone took it and wasn't going to give it up. Cabin crew just left us to deal with it. Food was rubbish, OMG! Very bad experience

I think services at the airport needs to be re-examined because the workers goes contrary to the rule. Very stressful for travelers.

Very poor customer service. They dont acknowledge your arrival or pay you any mind. They have frowned faces and act like your presence is a bother. They are also not time conscious. They also never pick up their calls. They act like they have received no training for a multinational airline. Act like unprofessional Ghanaians.
