Excellent chippy and friendly service. We usually call in when our team plays at nearby Turf Moor. Lovely chips, some of the best we had in a long time.

Excellent fish and chips but, why oh why are Belfields still using polystyrene trays?

Having moved back to Burnley after a few years away, I came back to my old favourite chip shop for tea tonight. I found a long hair on my fish and the another in amongst the chips. My wife called them and was met with total indifference. The odd hair can't be helped sometimes but two really long hairs are a failure in hygiene in my opinion. The attitude on the phone means I'll never return. Edit: added a photo of the phone call log showing my wife did call yesterday. To clarify, I was the first customer who was served by the young girl who started at 5PM. I have a number two hair cut and my wife has short-ish, bright red hair too. I hardly ever complain about things online but I didn't like the attitude on the phone call and now being called a liar is beyond the pale.

Always been a excellent chippy and the young lady that was serving was a little ray of light .

Nice chippy, haddock was tasty but batter could have been crispy. Still good though and would go back if passing.

Fish, chips ,mushy peas and gravy cost me £10.35 (for 1 person) I personally think that's very expensive. Won't be back.

Always come here good chippy. One hiccup got someone else's order last night as they must have got the trays mixed up. To far to bring it back 😪 and and it was rush hour so ate it. But otherwise 5 stars. Xx
