She never loses patience despite the impressive number of questions I can ask her during my appointments and is always available to find solutions if there is a problem. My 13-year-old son has been followed since June 2018 and we can already see a real difference. The office is impeccably clean, the assistants are professional and friendly and a favorite for Dr Alexandra Rose who is very kind and personable. A little extra to keep the children (or adults) waiting: a table football and an 80s-style electronic coffee game... it's great for young and old alike!

Patients are picked up one after the other without even a hello... explanations are given to us, but we barely have time to understand that we must already move on to something else: go out to pay. I came for a splint at night and left with a prescription to go to a dentist. I spent more time waiting than anything else... Then maybe it was a bad day

I am satisfied with my time in this office. I still have a lot of work in progress but the Drs are very reassuring. Knowing that I am an adult, having a device is not easy but I have only seen kindness. Today I came for the first time with my baby (I usually come without) who ended up crying and the staff consoled him while the Dr finished his work, which was very nice. The Dr (mrs) had also told me that there was no problem with me coming with my daughter. It's true that sometimes on Saturday morning there is a wait but then it's Saturday.... the other days I have always been received quickly. The same goes for appointments, sometimes it's a little complicated but the fact that people come to them reassures me that they are appreciated for their work. I can't wait to finish my treatment like everyone else I think. Finally, I particularly thank Dr (mrs) for her kindness, her explanations and her work.

Hello, our 2 teenagers aged 15 and 17 are being treated in this orthodontic office. The staff is pleasant, the premises are clean and well-equipped to keep young people waiting if there is a wait. Besides, the wait is almost non-existent. I highly recommend.

You're going to wait, I don't mind waiting, but there's a very rude way to say it. I am considering whether I will still continue treatment in this office.

Receives first appointment then refuses to give a second one without having the courage to tell the mother face to face, at first under the pretext that the diary is full but the secretary agrees to give one to a new French patient. We give way to this foreign child and there... long wait... then we tell you that as the patient does not speak the language we will not receive him. And we try to pass the patient on to a colleague! We suggest the presence of a translator and then we hang up on you! In reaction to your response, I would add that even with a long delay you refused to make an appointment. You were warned of the language barrier when making the first appointment. I add that the mother speaks French better and better. You are the first practitioners to refuse to treat these foreign people. I will indeed take the trouble to pass it on to the appropriate person, as well as the dentist who advised you.

I waited more than 4 months for my appointment, after several calls and trips to the office no one answered. And this day, I had an appointment for my daughter at 9 a.m., I showed up at 8:50 a.m. in front of the office, I waited 40 minutes and no one ever answered the phone or the intercom, all the shutters were closed no information on the site or other to warn of a possible absence. I strongly advise against this firm.
