Bigger place and better than the previous location (just a few meters away from old location and i think double the size) , i liked everything, decorations, location, service, well trained and welcoming staff, taste , and music. Prices are fine , a bit high but it's justified regarding to quality of food and service.

A legendary place that you shouldn't miss when you are in town. An OG outlet that has the top rated places to go and enjoy your food, company and atmosphere. Food is always good, staff are always smiley and the prices are relatively bit higher than the rest of it's peers. That day we had the famous Honey Chicken Chipotle along with the amazing Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas.

It used to be better. Portions were huge, I guess the waiter should have told us this while ordering since most of the food was thrown away. The food was good, especially the tortilla we ordered at first (check photo) highly recommended. Seatings were not so comfortable

It’s an American restaurant with a Mexican taste. The only branch in Lebanon located in Achrafieh, Beirut. The ambiance is nice It’s a great place to go out with friends also on a date. Prices are a bit high, We ordered chicken quesadillas ( could be better it needs more seasoning and spices) The fries were delicious with some tasty seasoning. The ham tacos wasn’t too good ( the meat was too thick and not supple enough) The buffalo chicken burger I give it 2/5 didn’t like it.

This place is simply amazing. Everytime we visit it we get the same experience. The staff are so professional and the portions are big. I ordered the honey chipotle crispers and they were amazing. The nachos were so good too. Keep up the good work.

The food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The drinks were a little better, with some creative margaritas. It was very busy even though it was a Tuesday. Booking in advance looks like it is required.

The renovation is nice. The place has some nice decorations especially the big sculptures hanging from the ceiling. The food was good and the portion is pretty big, which makes a good value for the money. I especially liked the drink in the picture which i highly recommend.

Sadly there is only one branch in Lebanon. This restaurant is one of my favourite. The place is very nice, high standards in everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and everything is just perfect. Recommended

Yes, Chili’s is an american based restaurant and it’s been in beirut since my parents were young. So perhaps I’ve been there couple of times but unfortunately every time I go there I feel that it’s been getting worse because the service and taste isn’t the same from every time I last visit Chili’s. So there’s this downfall they’re experiencing and aren’t doing anything about it. It is really overrated and overpriced where much more local diners are delivering an amazing taste with a cheaper price. So basically, Chili’s is just a name that got the reputation of the nominal diner in the past and people still go there believing that it’s still the same. I order simple chicken burger and still it’s cooked recklessly and even the ingredients mentioned in the menu are missing in the meal or some of them are found in the meal but not mentioned in the menu! Honestly, only Chili’s lebanese brach is deteriorating however that in USA is committed to the reputation they’ve earned.. I hope the management of the central branch does something about this matter to keep Chili’s the best restaurant since ever in all countries delivering the same taste and service and accuracy..

This is an amazing place for family or friends’ gatherings, but the food is not like it used to be. The Fajita was especially disappointing, I guess the quality of the meat is substandard. The service on the other had is exceptionally excellent!

The service was amazing and on point! The Southern Smoke House Burger was very good and juicy, the Crispy Chicken Tacos were good but a bit dry and the Molten Chocolate Cake is a must try!! Overall experience was great and you get what you pay for (portion size)

The place is very nice and cozy! I really recommend it for a date or groups gathering . The chicken quesadillas and the crispy chicken tacos are really amazing 👌🏻delicious taste and fresh food . I didn’t try the fajita because i find out that the slices are a little bit thicker than the original fajitas. The burger was average here i only recommend you to try mexican food . The crispy honey chipotle is amazing!

Very unprofessional staff! We had to wait for about 10 minutes for us to receive the QR code for the menu. No staff was available near our table. The food tastes good but the price are very expensive! At the end one waitress was very friendly with us despite before we had different staff member who weren't that helpful or attentive.

I have always been a chili's fan and considered it my favorite place in Lebanon. The new location is fine but somewhat lacks the coziness of the old location. Something about the old wooden bar and the small couches felt homey. The food and service however are the same quality.

the new location is just on the other side of the street not far from the old . the place is well.designed with the same old spirit parking also available next to it the place is crowded as usual not so noisy despit all the people inside the staff welcome us and they made sure we get a good comfortable table although there was mistake related to the booking date we had a seat revised the menu and ordered a mix of their best dishes we ordered Monteray Chicken, mushroom burger , honey crisps , tacos , quesadillas . the mexican food was impecablen the monteray chicken was also good and the portion is indeed satisfying the mushroom burger was ok. all the dishes came with mountains of skin on fries the food was served in an acceptable time but not fast since the place was full. Chillis is the place for tacos quesadillas and fajitas **** to be repeated

Love the vibe, and the staff where very friendly, it just has the same quality and service as other chilis worldwide, would definitely come back. The chips was on another level, as well as the salsa, so good, the guacamole dip was missing a little bit of flavor but was okay, and the chipotle chicken was extremely sweet, maybe not my taste and the honey mustard was so sweet as well. If you are going to a cheap place, this is not your place to go to, but worth a try for sure.

Went there on a fifa football night. The service was amazing - staff was smiley and fast although it was crowded. However, was very disappointed at the food. Portions were small. Presentation was very bad (exp: the fries were thrown on the tomatoes and sour cream of the quesedillas) the fries very super oily, we even got a piece of quesedilla completely empty - and the chicken tasted "old" and dry Nachos were the only good dish We had at the end their iconic chocolate cake which was also very good and much recommended

This's the only branch in Lebanon for Chili's, and I think they are maintaining their international standards in there. Food is awesome as usual specially their boneless wings and Texas fries with their signature delicious burger. However waiting time is more than other branches and some staff need more training for time management. They need to know what tasks to postpone to after closing. The service is good and prices are considerably high.

It’s an American diner with a Mexican twist that’s a bit fancier than your typical burger joint. Expect to pay a premium for your burger and wings. You will enjoy them though. My burger was juice and the beef patty was thick and tasty. The ambience is nice with TV’s all around showing sporting events, mostly football. It’s a great place to go out on a date. I dropped a star for the prices which seemed a bit higher than justified.

Chicken was overcooked

One of the best customer service ever. We first got our food at room temperature, after eating 2-3 we asked them to just simply heat them again. They came back with a full basket !!! Then at the end we were offered dessert too... thank you, the food was great

It was around 9:30 we went and ordered for take away there famous salad (explosion salad). Happy to have paid 26000 (not expensive in my opinion cause it's good for two) once home we opened the box to discover that our salad was put on cheap alaminimum paper which is not very safe (what if a small piece tear off and we eat it by mistake?) for a diner like chillis you expect better packaging. The taste though is good

A nice place in ashrafie. Service is good and food is great!! 😋 I visit mainly with my husband, we always take the bottomless chips (as you guessed, it comes with a free refill), and the presidente margharita (which is one of my favorites), in addition to something else on the menu (we loved the pork carnitas but they were discontinued unfortunately - plz bring them back!!). Still, the quesadillas are good, the other fajitas are great, nothing on the menu really disappointed us.
